Thanks Sir,

I sent my Application on 18th August 2014 and it was received on 23rd Aug by CIC for NOC 2173. I am not yet charged and still not heard. Meanwhile I negotiated with my company and they told they would issue an offer in Canada and would provide all documentation required for PR. Now since i have not heard anything from CIC i am a bit anxious and worried. Please suggest.

Anxious? Worried? If I were you , I would first go out and celebrate. Bar some loss of money, you have nothing to lose!! While we will be sweating it out waiting for the charge, the PER, the MR, PPR, COPR, you will already be in Canada freezing to the bone!! What else could you possibly wish for? BE careful...... You might just get that as well...... Wish for my AOR and MR within this year brother.

Regards,
Rick

Exactly i told him about the two applicants who got PPR :D :)

I don't think VO s will be checking only based on FIFO of medicals....but based on the residency status of various countries for more than 6 months...

Hi
I am new to this forum.
Couple of month back I have applied for NOC-2173 (through one Indian Consultancy).
My App filed on 6-Oct-2014 after that very soon CAP closed.
Now I thought to apply for 2172 I have all the Docs but my Consultancy people are charging extra money for that :(
so I thought to apply on my own.
I request all of them. To whom I need to send my Documents means (Canada Immigration Address) ?
I don't know where I need to send the Documents to Canada.
kindly let me know the Canada Immigration Address please.

I have one more query please clarify that. couple of months back I have applied for NOC-2173 during that time I have given original IELTS TRF. but now I am planning to apply for NOC-2172 but I don't have original IELTS but I could get Duplicate IELTS TRF form by end of the Dec
please help me on this still I am in dilemma what to do.

I can tell you the CIO address (for couriers)

it is
Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category, Offer of Arranged Employment category or PhD category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2

But honestly, if you have previously depended on a consultant and now you will do it your own, you should make more research and go through the CIC site as well as posts here so you have a good idea on how to gather up the application. you need to spend around a week researching what should be done and then send the application but make sure it reaches CIO before Christmas time.

hello!!

If the visa office asks you to do your medicals, how much time do you have to sent them????
Thanks!!!

Your own doctor cannot do the medical exam. You must see a doctor on the list of panel physicians.

The panel physician will do a complete medical exam and may refer you for chest x-rays and laboratory tests. Once your exam has been completed, the physician will send the results to CIC.

The panel physician does not make the final decision about your medical exam. CIC makes that decision. If there is a problem with your medical exam, the visa office will contact you in writing.

When you go to your appointment, you must bring:

•proper identification (you will need at least one document with your photograph and signature, such as a passport, driver’s licence or national identity card)
•eye glasses or contact lenses, if you wear them
•any medical reports or test results that you have regarding previous or existing medical conditions, and
•the Medical Report form (IMM 1017E), if you do not undergo an up-front medical exam. The visa office will send you this form.

There is no specific deadline

How ever your medical exam results are valid for 12 months only. If you do not come to Canada as a permanent resident within that time, you may need to have another exam.
