Does criminal and background check happens before MR or after MR?

I thought it's already taken before MR.

Usually before MR but they may check anything at any stage.

Of course not dear. PCC is used for criminality check and you completed it months ago. Criminality check is a completely different piece, but they already teased that you are almost done.

Dears,
when I sent my application , I attached the MCC (medical council of canada ) report which is a must for doctors applying for either noc 3111 or 3112 along with the degree transcript and a copy of the final certificate ( the Carton certificate which was used by the MCC ) only . I didn't send the temporary certificate. Some people say that I should have sent this certificate rather than sending the cartoon certificate.
N.B : As we don't get our final certificate ( carton) until we finish the intership year , the transcript indicates that we are graduated a year earlier than that is written on the final certificate ( carton ).
Am I supposed to re-send any updates ?!

Regarding "2-self-addressed mailing lables" , should we print it on simple A4 plain paper and send it?

OR these should be printed on empty envelope?

What about the sentence that they have mentioned in "Guide 7000", :- "Affix sufficient postage" ?? It means the mailing lables that we are sending on those lables we should affix postage so that CIC will not be required to pay the return postal charges?? or What does it mean? Who pays for the return of application from CIO to our address??

Bank is telling DD is still outstanding.

Still I'm in the game or out of the game?

2) between several weeks and several months, depending on what they decide with document verification
3) update SS

If you haven't sent a query at some point during CIO stage, it is high time you did it. Banks most of the time have no reliable information on cheque cashing, so it might also be that you missed you PER and remain in queue for MR without knowing that. We have observed such cases in the past.

No Problem you can print on A4 paper...

Coming to postage put the completed forms, supporting documents required by the CIO and fee payment in a 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9″ x 12″) envelope.

Seniors please advice!

My wife is pregnant and expecting in mar-2015. I have received PER in November-2014. Should I submit CSE to London Visa Office regarding my situation now, and if yes what should I ask?

Or

Should I wait for LVO to ask for additional documents including MR?
