I have a question regarding FBI certificate, I requested the certificate at my friends address in the US. Now when I send the certificate to NDVO, what should I mention that why the address on the certificate is different compared to the original address based in India?

Till today afternoon my ECAS status was shown as "in process", but now i am not able to see the status page itself. Does it means NER?

As it is generally being discussed about the frequent problems in ECAS nowadays so it might be that, don't panic until being sure. Gudluck.

sometimes there is network problem, try it after few hours or after 24 hrs. I saw this happening quite frequently this could be due to poor internet connection or loss of remote server connectivity with ECAS.

Dear, don't worry just wait few more days else drop an email to through case specific enquirry to your Visa office.

I would like t confirm if you are sure your medicals are uploaded. What happened actually, one of my friend went for medical and he kept on waiting to see ECAS updated, later on just for the sake of confirmation he called hospital, he came to know that there was some trainee assigned to upload medical results and he forgot to do so.

So please double check..!!

ndvo. I have tried to find forum for similar cases for reference. But did not find anything!! Do u think ndvo will respond to this query?? Bcoz one of my friend has undergone medical just a day prior to my appointment. Their medicals of whole family uploaded on 2nd November. Even he has not any update on e-CAS!! He has raised cse a week ago still ndvo has not responded! !

Will it be possible to rescind/revoke the FSW application two months after it is submitted? Will it be possible to get a refund on the payment made by sending an email to CIC?

While at CIO there you can't withdraw your application. What you can do is to call your bank and stop any payment from CIC (or cancel the CC), no idea how to proceed with DD. If your CC has been charged and you have gotten PER there is no refund.

I did it from a agency located in Mumbai. That person came to my house to take my finger prints, so i didnt had to go to Mumbai. He charged me 4500 for two copies.

Hi Guys

Just wnated to know if anybody have experienced the below:

If an applicant is working and also does distance education, will his/her exp would be deducted with the number of years studied in distance mode..

ForEx: An applicant is being working for 7 years in MNC and also completes Masters program in distance education which is 3 years and also recognized by WES..Does his exp wil be deducted with 1 and half years..
Has anybody exp this situation please...

I have done my MBA through distance education and also included the experience of same tenure. I have got the PER on 5th Dec.
There should not be any Issue.

Right now 18th aug applicant are receiving per. So probably in next 8-10 days u shud get it

Dear Kazi,
You will receive the PER with 12~20 days. For me PER mail was received after 18 days after CC was charged.
