Actually I depends on these points ... That's why I am asking... I am not sure what to do
I am not the most qualify to answer this question but I will try to do my best. I have read similar cases like yours where an applicant does not have the required documents but a similar one that shows the information. In that case what they do is to send a notarized copy of the document and a cover letter explaining why they are not able to provide the one that is requested. Not sure if that will help you but until someone else gives you an straight answer start thinking how you would manage it. Good luck.

What happened to cic, very few per's this week?

I have a questtion say applicant A and B, same file rec date and cc date but A is to be given per and B ner, is it expected to be send/rec per/ner on almost same dates or ner is much later? I hope my question is clear.

NER has a more complex routine, hence it takes at least as much as two times longer than positive evaluation processing.

No idea if that will help your application or not but I can only advice you that if you don't depend on those adaptability points to reach the mark of 67 send your file right now.

Good points,
the papers to prove relation should be super solid. A good portion of rejections is due to CIO not acknowledging relatives.

You are right. yes, applicants from April 2014 (FSW 2013) are still waiting for PPR from CPC-O.
I feel the concept is 11 to 12 months for VISA stamping,
I have read one article in ET sunday edition in this sept 14, on FSW Canada program.
where they mentioned one case where application to VISA time was 11 month ( May 13 to April 14).

so I guess ....... it may take time based on earlier trends..

cheers :) :) :) :)

Thanks for the answer :)
Do have any idea about the percentage of those who have had UCI and their addendum matched to their application?

Unfortunately no. But hope for the best.

We've similar case though and my agent also ignores my spouse travel, that will not be an issue I've checked it twice. Cheers!

Would it seriously not be an issue if the spouse's travel history is not filled .? Please reply .. Sorry for quoting it again .. But feels restless . Could you please tell me from where did you double check about it being okay and have you received your PER ? Or know anyone who has received PER. Thanks in advance .

The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I —
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

I beg to disagree, you need to clearly provide travel details for self and spouse following CIC instructions. If your consultant says not required, he is misleading you.

Friends,
My app date is 3rd July and I received PER on 28th Oct. What is the likely date for MR/PCC from NDVO?
To be prepared by the time I'd receive MR/PCC, I applied for all foreign PCCs.
But the PCC from Netherlands is in Dutch. Do I need to get it translated before I submit to NDVO?
Anyone received PCC from Netherlands? Did you send a translation along with the original to the VO?

My PCCs are dated mid October.
Will I receive MR/PCC soon enough that the PCCs don't cross the 6 months' expiry period by the time I receive MR/PCC?

Regards,
Kishcanada
