I am of the view that NOC 1212 is on d less priority list of the CIC. I av not seen any 1212 for Sep being charged, CC/DD. Anyway, i am Sep 4th and my file is in queue for initial review according to the mail i received fro CIC on Nov 17th. Hopefully my DD is cashed but there is not how i can confirm.

Any Sep applicant for 1212 that has been charged?

YOU MIGHT HAVE RECEIVED THE APPLICATION NUMBER IN CIC'S REPLY MAIL...USE THAT AND KEEP ON CHECKING THE STATUS ON ECAS

Could you please tell us if you paid by DD or CC? and what is your NOC?

It has been more than two weeks since I got my UCI through cic customer service, since then I have been trying to login but system was not finding information about my application. Suprisingly, today morning I logged-in and it says "In Process" "We received your application for permanent residence on 25, August 2014"

Yes,you will get a NER email from CIC,just the same way PER is sent out.

If in doubt about your first application,you can send anyone please.
CIC doesn't keep the records of returned application.
