What your consultant has suggested is correct. Get your PCC before Medicals to save time and send well in time so that you can fly early to Canada :)

I suggest the following;1) If your passport address and living address is same then take an appointment and apply PCC from PSK. You will surely get PCC in couple of hours.
2) If your Current Address and Passport Address is not same the i suggest take the PCC from Commisioner office. This is my view based on my experience.

My Passport address and Current Address is not same.
I applied for PCC from PSK, went walking and in 2 hours all formalities in were done and they told me they will send my docs to Commisioner office and post response from them they message me to collect PCC. Till this that was great.

It's been more than 2 weeks still it's not done and I followed up and hoping probably it will be done by next mid week.

Lesson Learn: I Should have applied PCC when I had got PER

*Option 2 is purely my opinion based on my experience.

I am with your opinion option no 2 because i had applied for PCC at PSK with different address and PSK told me that first you have to update address in your passport and then apply for PCC, I am really in tense.

But one more thing i have already taken PCC from local police station of my area which was issued by PI(Police Inspector) but i have doubt if NDVO will demanding for new PCC so i am trying to get new PCC from PSK.

Ladies & Gentlemen, Fellow Canadians,

I am relieved to report that I have received the elusive, much awaited and much fretted over : PER. It took 113 days but it finally arrived a few minutes back. I want to give hope to people waiting, like I was till a short while back. Hang in there, don't worry if people ahead of you start getting the good news, because CIC happens to be a little up and down. Try to chill out and not lose sleep like I did. Your moment will come.

App recvd: 14th August
NOC: 0112 (HR Mgr)
CC Charge date: 17th Nov
PER Recvd date: 5th December

Hi,
Hope everyone's doing good. Can see some ppl getting the process rolling while others are waiting like me. :-)
My application reached Nova Scotia on Oct 20. This is for category 2173.
Still haven't heard back anything.
I wanted to know that if the quota was not full by that day, would my application be considered within quota upon reaching
or upon cc being charged?
Also, does anyone know exactly when 2173 quota was full?
Since my CC is not charged yet, do I stand any chances or should I wait for the package to come back?
Thanks.

Guys...

What is a probability of VISA granting after;
1) PER......is it 90%
2) MR....... is it 99%

What could be possible reasons for rejection of application after PER?
