Is it about the time for 15th Aug. applicants to receive PER email? Best of lucks for all forum members.

Sry posting query again since no replies ;)

Hi buddies :),

Few queries

1) On what name should DD be taken for RPRF
2) Covering Letter: Can someone share a sample cover letter and Affidavit (both) for the below scenario please
When applied for new passport, the following were the changes;
- Family Name
- Passport No.
- Address
3) Apart from Covering letter, is there any Affidavit needed? Also what should i include? Will the below suffice or should only particular documents to be sent?
- Old Passport bio pages
- New Passport All pages with notarization
4) What address should i send the documents to?

Whats the current MD request date for NDVO?

You are welcome :)

In your position I would pay them now, because it will move your process faster down the road. That way when they get your PCCs they will be able to move faster.

If you don't want to, you may ask in the same communication about the PCC that you want an extension on those too and you can see their response.

Finally: in this stage, you are 99,99% in, so I shouldn't even mention this. But if there is some problem with your application, RPRF fees are refundable so they would give it back to you.
Thank a lot
I will pay it today, but I have my 2 kids with me in the App they didn't ask to pay anything for them?
+1 for you

Refundable Right of Permanent Residence fees (which can be paid at anytime during the Immigration process)

Per applicant (age 22 and over): 490 CAD
For his/her spouse/common-law partner (regardless of age): 490 CAD
Per dependant (age 22 and over): 0 CAD

Hi everyone,

In the, Supplementary Information – Your travels (IMM 5562) form ... There is no place to sign the document ... Should I sign at the bottom along with the date or leave it as it is ? As it is mentioned in the checklist that you must sign the forms along with the date ... Seniors please advice ...
