Dear members need your help
Today I got an email stating that my application was transferred to Bucharest VO instead of Amman, they asked for FBI report for me and my wife and gave me 60 days to submit the documents, I already emailed my fingerprints to the FBI it supposed to reach today so I will not be able to submit FBI report within the time the VO gave me, what should I do? Any suggestions? I also applied for the state police certificate before 10 days. Do you think they might accept state PCC?
Note: we stayed in the US for 2 days less than 6 months, should I mention that when I contact my VO?

I suppose your documentation already states that you have spent less than 6 months, so there is no point in mentioning it again.

You should submit evidence proving you have already asked for the FBI PCC, but that the estimated delivery date is in X months (12-14 weeks if I'm not mistaken). That will buy you more time to wait for the FBI's return.

Also, congratulations on your PCC ;)

Not acceptable. FBI report is necessary for USA PCC. But you should send the state certificate that you got and and ask the VO to provide you extension for the FBI certificate since it takes a long time to get done. NO need to mention that you stayed 2 days less than 6 months, cause the VO can ask for PCC on their own discretion.

No the reference letter and the letter from the ex-MD were both for my previous company, since that falls under NOC 2281... He said this was insufficient evidence

My current job is not related to NOC 2281 .. So only gave payslips and agreement signed

may be they have a doubt on reference letter of a previous company as same was signed by EX -MD of the company.I guess it should be from a present employee of your previous company and preferably on a letter head

First thanks for your help brother
They asked me to pay the fees for RPRF foe me and my wife, should I pay it now? Or later when I send them the documents they requested?

You are welcome :)

In your position I would pay them now, because it will move your process faster down the road. That way when they get your PCCs they will be able to move faster.

If you don't want to, you may ask in the same communication about the PCC that you want an extension on those too and you can see their response.

Finally: in this stage, you are 99,99% in, so I shouldn't even mention this. But if there is some problem with your application, RPRF fees are refundable so they would give it back to you.
