Dear Senior,
Sorry to disturb you with this private messsage and thanks in advance for your patience to read and provide your favorable advice.

Please note that I have following ECA report from WES, I would like to know that how many points I shall
Get for my Education:-

WES has written in top summary statement following:-
CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY: Bachelor's Degree (four years)

But below that summary statement in details of all of my qualifications in the ECA they have mentioned following:-

My High Secondary School =>Canadian Equivalency: Secondary School Diploma
My Bachelor of Science => Canadian Equivalency: Diploma (Two Years)
My MCS degree =>Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor Degree (Three Years)
My MBA degree => Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor Degree (Four Years)

So, now ho w many points I shall be able to get for my education? Whether I shall get 21 points or 22 points. Because if CIC follows the summary statement I shall get 21 points. But as per the two or more post-secondary degree or equal clause I shall get 22 points. But I am not sure whether they only follow the summary statement of ECA report or go in details.

Because as per CIC website (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-education.asp):-
Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas or equal (at least one must be for a program of at least three years) => Points will be 22

Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a program of three years or longer => Points will be 21

Regards,
George

I think 22 points. Others pls shed some light.

I see you getting only 21 points. My opinion only.
But does it really matter in your case?

I mean does this create a problem in you getting 67 points?

Century. Wat is advice on below

issue..... I traveled to uk in 2006. The passport had a problem with first name spelling so did the visa page. Upon return I realised and cancelled first passport and got new passport issued with correct name. My consultant at that time told me not to disclose it.

now per was issued on 28 nov .... visa office is london.
I contacted consultant again for disclosure of this info

solution they gave is that I write a letter addressing to london visa office saying that there was a name confusion that is why it was not included in initial application. Now we are humbly informing you that person traveld on that canceled passport with wrong first name was same person. I attached the canceled passport and visa copy with up dated travel form.

is this solution ok ? Pls advice shld I write this reason or that I forgot to mention the travel details in error.

century . Can u advice pls on above.

URGENT!!!

Please advise.
I have run into serious predicament.
I had travelled to Canada on a WP in 2013 for 3 months. I have just been informed that the NOC under which i last travelled was 2173 (LMO documents are not shared with us) and My company has asked me to started a new application for the same.

I have applied under 2171 this year. I have not mentioned the 2173 noc anywhere in my documents. Will this impact my case.

Please advise what should I do. I have already received my PER and the UCI number is the same allotted to me in 2013 travel.

Seniors please suggest next steps. I am now worried this might become a misrepresentation. :-X :-X

Thanks

This is not an issue. As you already received PER that means your JD matched with NOC 2171. So stay relaxed and wait for the next phase. And i hope you mentioned about your visit to Canada in the background declaration form. Otherwise it will be problem.
