If you live in India I sugggest you take PCC when you get the PCC request. If you wife is not accompanying then PCC not required for ya wife.

I was doing routine medical checkup and it looks like I have early stage atherosclerosis & mild arotic valve regurgitation( AR 1+ and MR 1+)

results are


impression - LV is normal- NO RWNA
normal valves
normal chambers
NO PE/NO PAH

Doppler studies : MR 1+ , AR 1+ NO TR
no lvh, good lv

do we have anyone here with the same or anyone knows someone who has a similar condition. Do you think I woud pass medical

I believe if you act fast you will be able to make it to the list, as of now application status for NOC 2281 stands at 430 (approx it will be nearing 650-700 by next update).

Kindly go through your job roles and responsibility letter once again and see if you can change something that make your application strong.

Since CIC is asking that your didn't provided sufficient evidence of one years work experience hence make it a point that your experience letters are inline to the NOC requirements.

This is the list of job roles that I submitted in the letter from the ex- MD for NOC 2281.. Is there something that I should change in it?

• Obtained quotations from multiple vendors, purchased, installed and maintained IT systems.
• Maintenance of encoding systems used for MICR clearing.
• Provided remote and on location support to branch staff by solving technical and practical problems.
• Maintained and handled network of leased lines, setup and establishing connectivity and backup connectivity of bank branches.
• Co-ordinate with other IT staff and system vendors to address the IT requirements of the bank.
• Install and upgrade desktop, OS and antivirus software.
• Maintained and supported Negotiated Dealing System (NDS) applications such as NDS-OM, NDS-CALL, CROMS, CBLO & FX-Clear used by the banks Treasury Department to trade on the Negotiated Dealing System (NDS) of the Clearing Corporation of India Ltd (CCIL).
• Maintained and supported the bank's Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) and NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer) network.
• Upgraded RTGS and NEFT systems, software and networks as per RBI directives.
• Managed network to ensure connectivity and minimal downtime.
• Ensured all applications were running before day begin and throughout operations.
• Managed application queues and databases in Oracle.
• Conducted and participated in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) drills.
• Conducted mock testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Ensured usage of email network was only for official purposes by setting up controls for supervision.
• Single-handedly maintained the internal email network till resignation.
• Trained replacement staff in the management and maintenance of the banks internal mailing network on resignation.
• Tested and installed various linux based software and operating systems.
• Tested and scripted various linux based network backup and monitoring applications such as Bacula, Zmanda, Amanda, ZenOSS, etc.
• Scheduled regular and continuous backup of all important systems.
• Maintained records of all the system activities and variances and reported the same to management. ))

The letter from the company had included only the designation, tenure, role, and last drawn salary. Hence I took letter from ex-MD with above roles. Is there anything else I can do??

Or should I try to apply under another NOC. I have almost 3 years supervisory experience in banking also.

Express entry first draw is expecting by Jan end...so VO's will get load for EE for their part in Feb End...

There might be another reason that NDVO delaying PPR's.

After the draw a person has to prepare a application and send it to CIC for processing.CIC after acceptance shall forward to VO. So immediate load of Express entry shall be on CIC and later on to respective visa offices

Did you send the email to CIC about the status of the application? If so, you will get reply after 40 days.

If you did not send any email and if your application is returned(I hope not), you will get your package back by snail mail in two months time depend on your location.
