I am not a Frequent Member, but i see Oct Applicants in the Cap.
Next Cap shld be ard 800-950 if Chinese Applicants haven't Capped it already, otherwise sorry mate
Note; my assumption is based ONLY on stats

i dont think that they will update cap with a figure of 950...either it will be 750-800 in next cap or 1000...

i may be wrong

Hi All,

Earlier I use to wait for the week to get over and we have weekends to enjoy.
These days I wait for Mondays so that, we get some news about our applications.

The weekends are killing. Above all I am kind of loosing hope.
My application recvd on 13th June and PER on 15th Oct, however no news of the MR yet.
Second line was updated on 20th Nov stating file under processing since 17th Nov.

What do I do? I wish they had a system where we could see where is our application.
Something like what we have with the courier companies. Jokes apart.

Please suggest what do I do? Should I get in touch with NDVO?

spouse IELTS scores - urgent help needed

Hello... need urgent help with Points being claimed for Spouse's IELTS - one of my friend's spouse has got the following marks, can someone confirm if she can still claim 5 points for him? As per the guide, it has to be a minimum of CLB4 but for some reason I don't see the corresponding CLB level for the writing score. His scores are -

Listening - 8
Reading - 6.5
Speaking - 7
Writing - 5.5
Overall - 7

Any urgent help will be highly appreciated. Thanks

For the secondary applicant individual score should not be less than 4, so he is eligible for additional points.

hi mackester,

"0" NOCs get 'special' treatment most of the time.
It never hurts to drop a message to CIO at this late stage. Do you have a backup plan just in case? (a different NOC you can apply with)

Agreed but I was not able to confirm on the CLB level .....they have categorically mentioned level 4 and the ielts grid has no reference of that
