Following is my timeline

Noc: 1112
Applied: 6 June
PER: 30 September
Visa office: London

I never really looked into the end to end application process and reading the information on this forum I thought I will hear next year from London Visa office. However, I got an email yesterday from London office with the following content. I will heartly appreciate few questions I have re this email so all responses are welcomed. Many thanks

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.

-Updated forms which are available on our website:

New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for you and your spouse since the age of 18. This form must be fully complete. Each month must be accounted for and listed. - [ why they need this information? Is it PCC form as I did not send PCC with my application]

-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee [how much is it and does this mean I will not be interviewed]



-Medical results (you will receive a separate email with instructions)



-Please complete and return the attached Updated Information Chart



-Updated copies of the passport biopage for yourself and each family member



-Please provide an explanation regarding your spouse's self-employment


Please forward all requested documents together to the address below within 30 days from the date of this email.

I am not sure if the first form is PCC or they will ask for PCC at later stage?

Also does this mean I will be interviewed at somes stage after I send this information?

RECEIVED PER : Golden Mail

8:16pm IST, Received PER. 15th Aug Applicant, 0911, DC Charged on 17th Nov.
Doing some work at laptop. Suddenly a beep sound at mobile, thought sms. But GMail symbol at Top Left. Its PER.

Here I am also 15th Aug DD Applicant... No Update yet..

HI to all,

It's hard for me to write about me situation but I decided to do it and ask you opinion.

I came to USA 10 years ago and after 1 year being on tourist visa, my visa expired and become illegal That is a long story about me trying to change that...
After 6 years I decided to come back to my home country & live there... but I couldn't accommodate there and came back to USA - Illegally
and I live here day by day... I wish to be one day legally & be able to live normal...

I applied to Canada, I couldn't say that I came here illegality because that would put me in rejection, So I didn't say nothing about me leaving this country.
DO you think that they will find out about this?

I know that we can apply to Canada being illegal in the Country of residence as long as you were here 1 year legal, which I was. I included documents:

Entry visa (from 10 years ago)
Legal admission
Application for Tourist visa showing I am ok for 1 year

DO you think that I am out of game?

Please advise if you know...

P.S. I send out my application in October 6-th

Dear friend, looks like a tricky position you are in.
My thinking;
if you showed me a 1 year tourist visa for 10 years ago and you again tell me that you have been in that country since then, I would want to see Visas for the rest of the years till now as I will wonder why you are only showing just that one for 10 years back.
Secondly, at some point CIC will request for your passport
In either scenario, they will find out.

Am so sorry for this negative response and I do hope I am wrong on this one.

Very difficult situation, but I tell you one thing for sure if you lied in your application about your travels and places of residence you are out of the game. Hope the best for you.

It seems that there is a deluge of FSW applications that were submitted to CIO between 10-20 August! the movement of PERs issuance has been very slow like a turtle in the last few days!

Finally I have sent my file to CIC, It may reach CIC If plane taking my courier don't get crashed, fingers crossed... What would be the next step? Where can I track my status? How long do I need to wait? What If I any document, Shall I send them again?
