I am 90percent sure that up to 15th October applicant of 2132 are safe . Currently there are 30 applicants per week . I have strong reason for it
I'M pretty sure this is 100% true , i was watching 2132 noc closely since may ::), there were almost 50 or 60 applications per week during may / june and maybe first 2 weeks of july , and then the number of aplications per week dropped to almost 30 , so with that in mind 2132 applicants who applied till 2nd week of NOV should be safe , good luck for all :)

Congrats and +1 for good news..

Kindly update SS to help others analyse the data

I am not a Senior and I hope its okay to comment.
You get 23 points for any Masters Level degree . The other condition is a entry to practice professional degree which will also fetch you 23 points . I have copied the direct quote from CIC below

"University-level credential at the Master’s level OR an entry-to-practice professional degree. CIC only accepts as an entry-to-practice professional degree, those degrees issued in relation to an occupation listed at NOC Skill level A and for which licensing by a provincial regulatory body is required, in one of the following fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine; Dentistry; Podiatry; Optometry; Law; Chiropractic Medicine and Pharmacy.

23"

I recieved PER on 14 Nov. I just recall that I got US tourist visa rejection back in Aug 2010. I forgot to mention it in application.

What should I do know ?

I had done the same mistake. I drafted an apologetic cover letter, alongwith revised background form, photocopies of US visa rejection letters and sent it to my Visa office in New Delhi via courier.
Generally after your Medicals, your local VO does criminality check, wherein 1 of their checks includes verifying your information with the US immigration database too (generally for asylum, deportation etc.) but your student and tourist visa rejection will definitely crop up there.

Although, that's not a base to jeopardize your Canadian PR, but they might reject your case based on misrepresentation...now...after you get a PR and land in canada..or maybe even after you acquire a Canadian citizenship...you never know..quite uncertain situation to be in....

Hence, I suggest you send your local VO all these docs by courier. Declaring this now won't affect your PR application for sure..a 100% positive on that!!

Cheers!!

I was denied Student Visa for USA. But it does not ask for Student Visa rejection...only asking for Vit/Temporary/residential visa etc.....
Please advise do I have to communicate the same to NDVO

Friends need u guys humble suggestion...my Rprf DD was encashed a week back.i sent rprf DD with pcc.med receipts.and updated background forms..so..ENCASHING RPRF DD MEANS THE PCC AND OTHER DOCUMENTS ARE ACCEPTED OR ITS JUST An INITIAL PROCESS.
AND one more query in my pcc request they asked pcc for EACH COUNTRY / STATE where stay was beyond 6 months and i lived outside my state so does i need.pcc coz they have oblique sign between country and state which is confusing me...plz clarify.. :'(

first off Big Congratulations. YOu seem to have cleared n-1 step - all u need is a PPR request and your Visa. RPRF being charged is a positive to your application acceptance.

PCC is based on countries you have stayed not States

student visa is a temporary resident visa. So yes please courier them your revised form with a covering letter ASAP.
