Dear Seniors,

I am getting desperate here... please help. I want to apply before the 31st December deadline - all my documents are ready except my ECA. My CC was charged on 23rd September by University of Toronto CES for my ECA - CES received my docs from my University on 30th September and no reply since then. They don't pick up phones as it goes directly to voicemail. They also haven't replied to my emails. I am getting desperate as FSW 2014 ends on 31st December. Should I just send my application with a receipt of my ECA from CES and tell them that I am still waiting to receive an ECA and will send it to them as soon as I receive it? will they accept my application or reject it?
Please advise.

just received my MR with RPRF from NDVO.....

they also demanded for background declaration form for my spouse

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background
Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature **Updated Schedule A for the
spouse, specifically personal history, question 8 and residential addresses for the period
2004/12 to 2005/05. This must be received at this office by: 2015/01/18

here what they mean by updated.. as i checked on cic site form is same updated in 2012 or with recent updated in my spouse's profile

I have raised case specific enquiry to CIC 1 week back.

I haven't received any response yet on my mail or query raised?

How many days usually they take to respond back?

application received: August 25
NOC: 2132
CC charged: NOV. 19
Sent e-mail: Oct 14. asking to update his CCV.
Got reply to his email: Dec. 4

Th email stated that the payment was successfully done and his application is in queue waiting for processing.

Hi Seniors,

I would like to reapply in the same noc 2133 but the thing is that British council doesn't give me a second score report of my IELTS. They say we only mail it to the cic if you provide proof of application. Is this normal? How can I persuade them to send me an additional score report?

If u are in Pak fill in their additional TRF request in the designated Standard chartered Branch and submit the CIC Generic form, IME check list and if u have made the DD its copy with the application they will provide u it in person.

Got news from my Bank, they paid for the DD on 02-Dec-2014. Probably DD was deposited a week before. Will only get to know in my PER email.
App recd date is 02-Sep, NOC 1111.

Yes... Go ahead and apply the new one... You can withdraw your earlier application but as it is already in process you wont get your money back..

But be cautious that if Visa Office reached a misrepresentation decision on the first application, the second one will not be processed because of 2-year ban on cases of misrepresentation. I advise to wait the result of the first application, if it goes well, then your will receive MR, but if they decide there is a misrepresentation in the first application, then they will stop its processing and will not process the second application, either!
