I told you to google it. But seems like you are interested in having a shortcut. Below i'm giving you one reference. Rest you find out by yourself.

http://www.gcmsfile.com/

And try to do things when someone says to do so.

I saw that link already .. But my doubt is, in that link they are asking to share File number. Will it be good to share ??

Trying to figure it out whether any possible way to apply myself from outside canada.. But guess its not possible.

I did not specifically ask you for the help ? you voluntarily replied and its your problem , so resolve it by your self..

Dont be over smart in the forum and behave your self. Grow up Buddy !!!!

Hi everyone,

In the Fee Payment form , under the credit card section , where you have to enter the expiry month and year of your credit card ... There are boxes to enter month , two boxes for month and four boxes for the year ... Now the problem is that, mine is getting expire in the month of September , which means that I should write in the boxes " 0 9 " ... But whenever I type this , the pdf reader automatically adjusts it as " 9 " , which means that the "0" mentioned in the beginning is dissappeared ... And the one box is empty ... Please advice if this is okay or shall I get it typed through a type writer ? :/ ... Because it should be " 0 9 " ... As it is a credit card ... Rectify me if I am wrong.

Sorry to hear about your case. Where in India did you received your file back.
About your situation may be others can reply as I am not an IT Guy.

guys I need advice,

just got my app returned.. NOC 2281 -- 5th Sept
I tried to attach a copy.. but am unable to...
it basically says that I haven't provided sufficient evidence of one years work experience...

I had 1 yr 4 mths expereince in a back office, 2 yes 11 mths experience in banking, 2 yrs 8 months experience in IT previously
and currently freelancing
I showed with copies of letters from my organizations for the previous jobs, but since the orgzn didn't provide me with a list of duties done, I took a letter from the ex- MD of the company and sent that along...
along with copies of payslips, appointment letters, relieving letters, etc

I can't figure out what else they wanted...

Should I resend my application or will it be too late now??

Or should I try sending under another NOC?

Hi guys,

As 2174 cap is filled long time ago. Wanted to know whether when will CIC will return my application.

How long could it take CIC to return an application if cap full??? Days, Months or Years??

Thanks in advance,
Jai

URGENT!!! Seniors, I have a question which has been bugging a friend, who mistakenly filled a no in section 6d of the Schedule A Background/ declaration form. He was denied a US Visa around February last year, but didn't read that section thoroughly which was why he filled no. Has anyone made this same mistake and received an MR, I know you are asked to submit an updated form 5669 at MR stage. Please does he need to send a CSE with the updated form now or wait until MR?

Thanks for your help

I had done the same mistake. I drafted an apologetic cover letter, alongwith revised background form, photocopies of US visa rejection letters and sent it to my Visa office in New Delhi via courier.
Generally after your Medicals, your local VO does criminality check, wherein 1 of their checks includes verifying your information with the US immigration database too (generally for asylum, deportation etc.) but your student and tourist visa rejection will definitely crop up there.

Although, that's not a base to jeopardize your Canadian PR, but they might reject your case based on misrepresentation...now...after you get a PR and land in canada..or maybe even after you acquire a Canadian citizenship...you never know..quite uncertain situation to be in....

Hence, I suggest you send your local VO all these docs by courier. Declaring this now won't affect your PR application for sure..a 100% positive on that!!

Cheers!!
