Just would like to know.. 18th August applicant received PER..??

Has this applicant posted here in the forum of his good news? or just in the SS? Wondering if it's credible..

Since most of the PER reported personally couple of pages back are 13th august applicants. a big jump again if this is the case.

Just thinking out loud.. a 15th Aug applicant here..

Thanks

Btw, I have received confirmation from CSU that my file got transfered to Ottawa. It was a follow-up on my query posted on October 13.
Will update the Addendum and CSE SS now.
Hi Dip,
Congrats, it seems your MR will come in about a month.
I'd like to pile on regarding the CSE.
I also sent my CSE on 13th October about my application status, and got a reply today, it says my application is awaiting transfer to HongKong VO.
Even though it shows address change option in ECAS, my application still will go to HongKong VO as i specified in my application form.
so hopefully I will receive AOR from HongKong in the following weeks.

I need some help! It's been two weeks since CIC first attempt to charge on my credit card but was unsuccessful due to insufficient fund, I immediately sorted out with my bank. I have been waiting in vain for CIC to charge again for the second time but up to now they didnt. I am feeling hopeless now. Do you think they will still charge again knowing two weeks have already passed?
Thank you.

The theory is like this:
- They distribute applications between several processing groups inside the CIO; Like this: 2171 -> 2174 in one group; 1111 -> 1212 in other group (this groups are just examples);
- This is done to improve the speed and quality of processing; because they can be specialized and move faster;
- Each group advances at it's own pace; That's why these gaps exists;

It has always happened like this. But since there were so many applicants in the first months, the gaps were less noticeable. But now as applications are apart they can be pretty big.
i appreciate it mate +1 to you

Hi Friend,
If you can be sure that CIC only attempted once, then you can rest assured, definitely they will try a couple of more times.
Just double check with your bank to see if CIC really only just tried once. I mean, let's say if CIC attempted twice in a row, your message alert may just tell you that somebody only tried to charge your credit card on that day.
Good luck.

The CIC prayer

Our CIC, who hart in Canada
Hallowed be thy name,
To thy country we come
Thy will be done in our home countries and as it is in Canada
Give us this day, our PER
Forgive us our misses (ommisions, POF, ECA)
As we rejoice with those who received MR (and PER, CC, DD)
Lead us not into frustration
But deliver us from VO

Amen

Prayer of a 18th August Applicant, DD mode......

+1 for this. Made my day! :)

Hi everyone,
I am an Indian citizen working in US for the past few years. I had applied for both - FSW-2014 and PNP program (Nova scotia) with VO as New Delhi for both. I received PER recently but yesterday, I received an email from Visa Office in new Delhi asking for Police Verification documents, RPRF and Medical examination BEFORE 2014/12/11 for my PR application under FSW-2014 program

1. FBI Clearance: Unfortunately, for FBI Clearance, it is taking 12 weeks to get report (based on the information on FBI website). We already submitted the fingerprinting request but it is unlikely that we will get the original report before 2014/12/11 to the High Commission of Canada at New Delhi. We had submitted similar request to FBI in June, 2014. But the original of the report is attached to my other application (under PNP program). I am requesting them to either use the original FBI report sent with PNP application or give us more time.

2. Medical Requests: I have got my medical done but the doctor sent it only Federal application. Do we know how to get CIC/Visa Office use the same medical report for the Provincial (PNP) application? PLEASE HELP.

3. RPRF Fee or Federal: We paid the RPRF fee online for the Provincial Application. Can we request that it ( RPRF fee online for the Provincial Application) be used for Federal program as well.

4. We have changed address last month. I am also requesting them to update it.

PLEASE HELP me - we are little worried.

For the FBI clearance, write to liaison@leo.gov and request for update and also if there is any way they can expedite. Also take a print of the FBI page saying that new system is resulting in processing time of 12 weeks, and send it to CIC and Canadian VO, requesting a postponement.

Hi every one!

Thanks to all your continuous guidance and support.

I received MR, and Updated information chart request from London Immigration (MCH). Can you guys pls advise next step, secondly, what updated information I have to provide, we are just 02 (me and my wife still) nothing changed. However, our passports, Pakistani national identity cards have been revised, so should I only update them regarding passports or my other details as well?

Also, how much time I have now? They said, I will receive MR forms, but I didn't receive any other email neither see any update on ecas as it still shows we received your application on 25th june 2014.

The email I received is mentioned below:

You will shortly receive the medical forms, by email. If not received in 2 to 3 days please advise us.

Please provide the following items in addition within 30 days:

1. Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fees ($980). Note that this fee may now be paid online. Please see information at following link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/result.asp?lob=proc&cat=perm

2. Please also complete and return the attached form and provide scanned copies of passport bio pages.

  • aso considering this, when should I along with my wife go for medical? any suggestion for medical?

In how much time, will I get medical reports? and once received, on which address I have to sent?
  • What additional documents I need to send, do I need to refill generic information form IMMM008 again? or no need?

Do I need to update them regarding my recent travel or not required?[/list]

What's the latest CC/DD update??? someone plss reply.....

cc was 24 sep and dd was 10 sep last night :) :) :) :)

It's better to mention each and every visit from ur travel history. Don't take a chance and look into ur passport for entry/exit stamps..
I would recommend to even write the time u stayed in ur country of citizenship. There is no harm in writing everything rather than not writing.
Good luck. Hope this is helpful..

PLEASE ADVICE ...

By the grace of tirupati venkateshwara swami....

Got my PER today
NOC : 2132
App received: 13th Aug
Payment mode : DD
DD encashed : 17th Nov

HDFC bank officials gave me nightmares when they told me yesterday that my DD was still not encashed...

Thank a lot all the group members for the precious help !!

  • Just pay the fees and send them the forms they have asked in ur attached mail.
Regarding the panel of doctors, search on cic website by entering ur country of residence, call up on the number provided there for appointment. In some countries such medicals are not done daily. So better search at cic website and book an appointment.
Send the forms which the visa officer have requested u. If they asked for imm008 form, only send that one, if not then not required. It all depends on VO which latest information they require from the applicants.
