Could I send proof of medicals done, proof of RPRF credit payment, passport bio pages by email to NDVO?

Or shall I send hard copies?
Hard copies and you can pay RPRF online by credit card

This label is used when Application is send back.. Senior Pls correct me if i m wrong.. For small issues application will not be rejected. Just relax.

I agree with you, the only use for those mailing labels is for returning the application after rejection. I don't think it will be a cause for concern by any way!

thanks for the enlightenment... but sorry again if i may ask, would it be better to send my mailing labels to cio or leave my application as it is ( without mailing labels)? please i need your opinion and by the way the office received my application last october 30... thanks

Jaspal...

I would advise writing a letter advising them why there is a change.. why she is now accompanying you
and pay the respective application fee.

Also, you would need to amend and resend the application form relating to that aspect.

I hope it works out!

Cheers

A bit of advise to all those sending their applications now..

Please photocopy all the documents you will be sending for ease of reference.

I failed to do that and paranoia is getting the best of me!! :'( ???

From my understanding , the only difference with a PO box address is that it does not require a signature and the mail is placed in the box and the box is usually located at the local post office.

Courier however might require a signature and is usually delivered to an address.

You can use either.

I thought the address is always

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category or Arranged Employment Category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
Centralized Intake Office
PO BOX 7500
Sydney, NS
B1P 0A9
Canada

What is the difference between the regular mail and courier address? can anyone respond?

The information you mentioned is right, but I think your friend used the service of a courier company to send his application like DHL or Fedex............. (considering it is not logical to send it by regular mail!), then your friend should have chosen the second address. Anyway, Has your friend got any feedback from the courier company regarding the delivery date and the name of receiver?

He already sent via Fedex yesterday. Hopefully everything goes well :(

No problem.

I don't know if it's the same as in my country, but when I was about to send the application. DHL said that sending it by PO BOX would take 2 months, and by Courier 1 week.

This is not paranoia, this is compulsive obsession :)

Relax man, Insha'ALLAH everything will be fine, I am sure you have revised the forms thoroughly more than once before sending. Take it easy

Several users in this thread messed up the address and had reported no concerns in regards to CIO processing.

He can call Fedex international to recall the package . After I sent my package , I realized that there was an error . called fedex and recalled the package, I got it back and was avble to resend it .
