So, I would appreciate if you guys can let me know about the prerequisites for applying for my wife's visa .

Do not type anything after it, just keep that line as it is (NOC Category), and in the following line replace xxxx by the four-digit code of your NOC as you already said.
Good Luck!

I thought the address is always

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category or Arranged Employment Category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
Centralized Intake Office
PO BOX 7500
Sydney, NS
B1P 0A9
Canada

What is the difference between the regular mail and courier address? can anyone respond?

Canada

As per applicaiton guide, they said for regular mail use the above address and for courier use below:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada

while applying for FSW ( me -as a principle appl) i mentioned that my wife will not accompany me to Canada and i do not want to apply immigration for her.I payed fee for only one person ie. me . Now my medical is done and i have changed my plan - I would now like to take my wife to canada along with me.

So i wanted to know that should i wait for PPR /Visa and then apply for my wife based on my application or should i apply for her at this stage.

Hi, just added mine.

It looks really average. :-( If I don't succeed now, I'll have to retake IELTS and my French language test. It might bring me to 433 approx.

Could I send proof of medicals done, proof of RPRF credit payment, passport bio pages by email to NDVO?

The information you mentioned is right, but I think your friend used the service of a courier company to send his application like DHL or Fedex............. (considering it is not logical to send it by regular mail!), then your friend should have chosen the second address. Anyway, Has your friend got any feedback from the courier company regarding the delivery date and the name of receiver?

Dont take me wrong -
- however this is the biggest mistake on ur file thats done - read below -

You must list all family members in your application for permanent residence, whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not. You must also provide details on family members whose location is unknown (including those missing or presumed dead). If you don't, you will not be able to sponsor family members at a later date if they are not listed on your application

only option now is to wait for ur pr to come -land in canada and then sponsor her from outland

or once u receive pr - aply for her trv - if granted - then sponsor her from inland

how long are u married for ?

good luck

Could I pay RPRF by credit card? My VO is NDVO.
