Hello All,,,,WHAT IS THE LATEST PER DATE till today?

Latest PER is received for the application received on 16th Aug and 18th Aug.... My Application was also received on 18th Aug and CC was charged on 18th Nov under NOC code 2133 but still awaiting for that golden mail.

Guys an Important Question to all Seniors:

I had forgotten to mention my L1B US Visa rejection which happened way back in 2008, I had completly forgotten about it.
Now I have applied for the FSW and I have undergone my medicals with Medicals Received Status, do you think it would be wise to furnish this i.e "Schedule A - Background Decleration Form" and have it updated with NDVO with a Cover letter stating that I had missed out to inform?

I dont recollect mentioning this in any of my Work Permit applications to Canada over the last 4 to 5 years, hence do you think it should be ok if I overlook this?
Kindly advise what is the best way forward.

You don't have to do it any more because you have already got the per + medicals are already done. You are already completed with your background checks so never mind.

Do they ask anywhere on the forms?
No need to mention the VISA rejected cases.

got application back coz 12 a and 12 b noc were not matchin have sent again also reached today noc 1123 what can happen please any one can tell me correct situation in this file reached also today again only problem was this will i make it thrugh

now i rectified it i wrote 12a as 1123 and 12b as 1123 before i wrote 1123 in 12 a and 2311 in 12 b ....

You should be ok - to be safe - order GCMS and meanwhile prepare Travel info form to shoot it at when asked

and most importanly - trash out that consultant

They do ask in the Schdule A - Background Decleration, in the checklist, if one has been refused Visa to Canada or any other country

Are you sure? it could be risky given that they may check details while issuing the Visa

Friend – I have done Masters from Concordia University, currently I am in Canada on my work permit status. Applying for FSW. Need to know the following

1. IMM0008 (Generic application form for Canada) should I provide my UCI which I have been allotted for my visa renewal and work permit issuance
2. In the field of country of residents it ask for status and duration. My status is worker as I am currently holding work permit for duration do I ned to put in time from start of Masters (which is day one of landing) or should I put date on which I got my work permit status

I am 1 15th August Applicant NOC 2133....Received CC charged on 17th November.....Did not rceive PER yet.I dont see any body claim that PER date is 17th or 18th or even 16th....Are you sure?

Now my question is that , where it is written " NOC Category " , do we have to type anything else after this statement ??? Like , we will change the code from XXXX to our NOC Code ... But in the NOC category , do we need to add like the category name or something ? ... Also, please let me know if we need to alter anything else apart from XXXX from the courier address mentioned above ..

I am the Principal Applicant and my medical was done in Nov 2014 under FSW.

I would like to apply for my spouse's visa.Although she has not applied for Immigration along with me at the time of filling application. However , I would like to apply for her visa at this stage. So, I would appreciate if you guys can let me know about the prerequisites for applying for my wife's visa .

Do not type anything after it, just keep that line as it is (NOC Category), and in the following line replace xxxx by the four-digit code of your NOC as you already said.
