Mine DD was charged in October (which is later than 16 Sep). So don't leave hopes.

Fees are payable in Canadian dollars or Indian Rupees. Only bank drafts (demand drafts) or certified cheques are accepted; cash is not accepted for fee payment. The bank draft should be made for the exact amount and in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi.



Bank drafts have a limited validity. Ensure that your bank draft is not older than 3 months when it reaches our office.

I think your friend would be in the safe mode because as of26th Nov the cap is only 172
The limit for each cap is 1000... Even the overall cap for the fsw14 is just 9939 out of 25000... So believe me he is in the safe mode by far... Another thing too tell your friend to fed ex his application (priority mail) .....Good Luck
