Few points that I would like your friend to consider:

1. EE would favour people with Arranged Employment
2. Eventhough CIC, NS would be closed, 'am sure someone would definitely receive the application package - security guard or any other designated person and would stamp the date
3.Officially, CIC, NS has holiday on 25th and 26th Dec. I agree that many employess would be on leave in last week of December but, not all.

that calms me down. I am bit nervous about capping of 1111. hopefully i am exeggerating.

You don't need to worry bt should relax. On the basis of my observation I am hoping that this code is not going to be capped till nov end or may be till dec end. Thts the only reason I reapplied again. So just chill...!!!

My freind is not getting assured that he shall be able to apply for the FSW this year under NOC 0111 because his WES is recieved yesterday.Otherwise his all other docs are ready...

what do you say since there would be holidays in Canada from 22nd till 5th

Please suggeset in detail. As per the forum the last date of application acceptance is 31st


How much do you see the chance

Kindly apply as whole of canada would not be on leaves and through immigration they also generate revenues processing stops on 31 Dec 2014

Hi friends, I am done with my medicals and abt to send my MR PCC and RPRF to NDVO. Can anyone confirm if we require any cover letter along with this.
My consultant is telling me that there shd be a cpvdf letter which would be sent.
Below are the list of documents I have.
1. Original pcc for me and spouse.
2. Emedical acknowledgement for all incl child.
3. First and last two pages of passport for all applicants.
4. Letter of MR request sent by NDVO.

Plz let me know if anything is missing.

Guys I need your help!

Regarding the requirement for my work experience, this is what is stated on CIC website: You must show that you did the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC, including all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed.

My question is related to ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Are those the duties that I have performed on my work, including the most of the NOC main duties listed or they belong to lead statement of the NOC?
