U may not get response to your question here. I am end October applicant and tried to get answer to this question several times but did not get any response. It seems that this thread is turning into NDVO discussion

Dear, You are right they (CIO) did not charge any application yesterday but it does not mean that they have stopped charging onward from 16th September. If they do not charge any application of September 16 or 17 today and tomorrow then we need to start worrying till now it is totally normal.

About October completeness check, we cannot say anything for sure because no applicant reported return of file for any October date so it is just a wild guess that CIO is doing completeness check for last week of October. CIO is changing their way of working on daily basis, some day they go for all 2173 application other day they go for 2171 then they issue PER all the day so it is becoming difficult to predict. I hope you get my point.

Just checked my ECAS and it says "Medical results have been received". Yes! yes! - 3rd line in ECAS has been added. When I checked in the morning the 3 rd line was not present.
am in office and jumping with joy. The guy next to me seems little confused

As you can see from the spreadsheet, CIC is charging mid sep applicants. Then u can expect, CIC has done completeness check for the month of Oct also bcoz I think CIC is maitaing a month gap between completeness check and charging.

Hello NDVO applicants,

I am July 16 applicant received per on 12th Nov, waiting for my MR.

Can I proceed with the PCC before MR request from NDVO? My friend told me that I should apply PCC only after request from NDVO otherwise they will not accept. Anyone has done PCC before request?

Is there any minimum time period for reapplying PCC in India(PSK)

Generally if you go to PSK to apply PCC, they will be asking you to provide a letter for reason behind applying for PCC, also while issuing they will stamp in passport stating that the PCC is issued for canada. PCC is valid for 6 months. they might question you if you reapply once again in couple of weeks but that is not an issue i guess. do confirm with PSK will they give PCC without any request letter or with the one requested by you.

Its certainly becoming a Facebook rather than a forum thread. Sure! NDVO discussion ? LOL. Its actually a Canada PR discussion more like.
October should be 50 - 75% done! Reason I say that? The last charge date on the SS is for 9/16 and a rejection has been noted for 9/22 on 11/18. Which means that they are past end of September completeness check around mid-November. Add half a month to those dates, they will be past mid-October today (that is beginning of December). Reason for 80% - the number of applications decreased from Sep (425) to Oct (282).

Anything else to be analyzed people? Please give me a shout.
