Not charged yet... is it over for me as I can see 16 Sept applicant got charged.

yes and the usual reason is that they didn't like the Job duties letter or feel it is not applicable to the NOC

What if the job duties match 80% of the HRSDC? I have submitted my job ID, Reference letter, Appointment letter, 3 moths Pay slips, Business card and last year's income tax certificate too..

I am July 16 applicant received per on 12th Nov, waiting for my MR.

Can I proceed with the PCC before MR request from NDVO? My friend told me that I should apply PCC only after request from NDVO otherwise they will not accept. Anyone has done PCC before request?

Is there any minimum time period for reapplying PCC in India(PSK)

Is your friend a consultant? Because only consultants can give such advise on PCC.
Please go ahead and apply for PCC.

Dear friends,
My VO is NDVO. I have completed medical on 15th November and hospital have uploaded reports on 21st November. Othet applicants who had completed medical with me on same day, their ECAS status have been updated with 3rd line regarding medical is received. But still my status is not changed.
What could be the reason of it? Am i out now? Because they have not asked me for further reports. Please guide.

U may not get response to your question here. I am end October applicant and tried to get answer to this question several times but did not get any response. It seems that this thread is turning into NDVO discussion

Folks,
Just checked my ECAS and it says "Medical results have been received". Yes! yes! - 3rd line in ECAS has been added. When I checked in the morning the 3 rd line was not present.
am in office and jumping with joy. The guy next to me seems little confused
