I am very confused regarding my application reaching date to NS, because my online TCS tracking is showing that my application has been received on September 16, 2014 at 02:15 PM, but when I searched on spreadsheet component of NOC to receiving date I found that not a single application of my NOC 3012 received that they. Can you all please help me to understand the reason? Thanks

IT DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ENTERING THEIR DATA IN THE SPREAD SHEET. IT CAN ALSO HAPPEN THAT NOT EVEN A SINGLE ENTRY APPREARS IN THE SPREAD SHEET THOUGH YOU HAVE SENT AN APPLICATION ON THAT VERY DATE.....I HOPE IT EXPLAINS ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

what exactly do you mean by the security checks as we have submitted the police clearance certificates will they reaffirm from the police stations or will they confirm from every police station we have lived for the past 10 years.

Local police certificates are used to establish good citizenry conduct as per Criminality checks. They also have access to RCMP (Canadian federal police) databases in order to enquire about adverse information against applicant on Canadian soil.

Security checks are governed by Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness (PSEP) and are more like a detective's work aimed to establish if the applicant is admissable under IRPA provisions. Mainly, they are looking for terrorists, spies and war criminals.

There are many stakeholders that can be part of Security check, including but not limited to Regional War Crimes Unit or the Modern War Crimes Unit, National Security Division, CBSA, NHQ.

The details are classified, but I think you get the idea.

Yes, One of my known guy, who was in same problem as he was required by his company to travel but his passport was with Canadian embassy for visa stamping. So first he sent an email to VO showing why he needs his passport and then he went to VO with the documents provided by his company that he is on a project which demands his travel and bla bla.... and it worked for him. May be you can try it by providing some evidence that you need to travel and u need your passport.

Can I ask if you have info about when is the most possible time to get MR? As I checked the global sheet and the MR time is 1 day ahead of the Status update date...

I am using lawyer on my case..Hope it is just a time late...not because of the rejection..I heard sad story about it..rare but it does exist.

I am going to mail my application by end of this week. Could you please suggest the best postal services provider in India to send the application? Someone told me DHL is the best as it has MoU with immigration Canada. Is it true?

hello dear .. i also used DHL services to send my application on 20 oct 2014 but reached on 27 oct 2014..
tym is differ in different cases .. i think luck matters.. because in some cases it took only 3 or 4 days ..

Dhl will take only 4 days... and they will not deliver packages on saturday and sunday... thats why sometimes take more time.

When submitting application to CIC do we need to send the transcripts and copies of mark sheets also along with WES ECA report to CIC?
