Dear friends,

My wife lived in the USA for 7 months in 2012. We asked for the FBI PCC in May, they informed that the report was sent but it didnt reach us, so we asked for another one in october which hasnt been charged yet. I received my PER last week, SAO PAULO VO. Will they ask for this report?
If so, does anyone know why FBI is taking so long?

Thank you dears!

CIO when would you start for November applicants?? :o :o Waiting hurtssssssss........ Why not skipping a month or two? :P

I would Appreciate if some of you clarify my below concern. I am new at this forum, so pardon me if my etiquette is not proper.
1. One of my colleague is confusing me by saying, the NOC list of CIC site actually showing 3 Months Back's Data and there is absolutely no way to apply for NOC Code: 1123 which is showing 385 Received application as of 3rd Dec'2014. Is this true? I have told him that the site says it gets updated every week but according to him that is not true.

I have completed the credential assessment and IELTS, and is going to apply within few days. So your Honest opinions will be valuable to me. Thanks in advance.

FBI has upgraded the system and it is causing the delay... It takes 12 to 14 weeks to give the report.
My file has reached end of October & yet to get C.C charged.
Suggest try to get the duplicate copy of the exisiting report as recent application takes time

Did your Local VO ask for the report or it is just in case?

NDVO gives 12 weeks time to submit only for the U.S PCC. You can talk to your VO and get the extension

He is right. The site is showing the status from the end of September / first weeks of October because there is a big backlog on the CIO right now.

Check this Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11gAbKSoDoOr1s8_raB1qwz0i-ZH0NyNWhhn18O6kHwQ/edit#gid=1627896255
Look for "Noc cap estimates", it's a guess on when your NOC will be / has been capped.

Dear Hossain,
Please send your application without any delay. There are chances for your application acceptance.

I agree with you. You should try, there is a real possibility you will make it.

Dear Seniors,

I have a tricky questions regarding my application status.

I've received Passport request email by end of October and has sent my passport to Hong Kong Visa Office on Nov 5. Since then, there has been no further change of my status to Decision Made. It's already been a month by now. The tricky part is that my spouse and I will need our passports for travelling during Christmas. Does anyone know if I can email the Visa Office to borrow my passport back? Will they agree to do so and what is the process after?

Many thanks for your help.

Checked ecas showing in-process. Waiting for per. My timeline at LHS.

But no harm in applying. Application might be accepted before capping.
