Please help,

I had received medical request from NDVO on 28th Nov. But in the medical form IMM1017E, my daughter's name is misspelled. I have already raised a CSE to NDVO but there is no reply on it till date.

I consulted the hospital for medical of my daughter and they said they will do the medicals on Passport name, so i got it done. But now i am confused as the medical for my daughter is done on the passport name and even the fee receipt is on the correct name(ie Passport name) but the e-medical tracking sheet they gave me at the end of medical again contains the wrong name as in the medical form name.

Please suggest if this will be an issue?

Had same issue... wifes name was misspelt...

whats important is the UCI number... not the name on that medical form..So i just went with it.. No CSE or anythn..

I got my " Medicals Received" line within days..

This is a non issue - so forget about it.
