i am a 24th september 2132 applicant waiting for PER..could anyone please tell me when is the best time to apply for PCC in India via passport seva....prior to PER or after???i stayed in USA for a duration of 5 months and 23 days...i guess i dont require PCC for tht ...pls respond

As soon as u receive your PER start your PCC process and no u don't require a PCC from usa as u didn't stay there for more than 6 months

Family name: my fourth name , as usual
Given names : I wrote my whole name including the fourth name again mistakenly despite that I used my first three names only in the other forms and in all other papers .
I don't know what to do!!! I think it is such a stupid big problem !!

I got married last week and want to add my spouse as dependent accompanying. I am still waiting for my marriage certificate and related documents (expected to receive before weekend).

When and what should I intimate VO / CIC about the status change ? and what other steps I need to take in the meanwhile to reduce delays.

Inform them now, raise a CSE with your local VO. They will reply back asking for details and documents of your spouse, by the time they will reply you can be ready with all documents and forms updation.

This way, they will have all info upfront and you both will get MR together

State ur name+DOB+PP number+UCI (if any)+NOC code+ Date of rcvd...

12/31/2014 is the last day for CIO to accept applications under FSW2014.

Sent 3 separate addendum (with no UCI no) and got a confirmation on 2 of the addendum attached to my initial application.

Patiently waiting for PER mail.

It depends.....But I believe when they start to send PPR in full phase....it will be flooded....And the Visa stamping time will be very short...

ECAS status will be "DECISION MADE"
