Suggestions needed from friends / seniors

I got married last week and want to add my spouse as dependent accompanying. I am still waiting for my marriage certificate and related documents (expected to receive before weekend).

When and what should I intimate VO / CIC about the status change ? and what other steps I need to take in the meanwhile to reduce delays.

Can someone have experience for adding spouse name after receiving PER? In which currency I have to pay the fee? INR or CAD. as I will send the documents and fee to Visa office.

Need help!

Bangladeshis who got passport request are submitting their demand draft (DD) for Right for Parmanent Resedence Fee (RFPR) in which currency?? Canadian dollar or singaporean dollar??

The attached instruction with the passport request mail is confusing...

It says :
1st line- you must pay directly to the high commision of canada in singapore
2nd line- singaporean dollars must be paid to the high commission of canada drawn in bank of singapore
3rd line- canadian dollars must be paid to receiver general for canada drawn in the bank of canada


The 3 rd line is confusing me!!!

I called vfs helpline - a lady with not so confident voice told me to do it in CAD

Would be really helpful if any applicant from Bangladesh can guide..

Its about whom ur DD is addressed. for faster processing make it Singaporean dollars to High Commission of Canada in Singapore.
if you put receiver general of canada then DD will go to Canada for encashment and will take time...
