Hello dear friends,

I just got the e-mail that I have 30 days to make the medical checks.
How much time does it take from now until i get the visa ... or what is going to be the next step after the medical ?

It depends where are you.

It take a week to get appointment.
another week to send medical reports to to CIO.
At most 2 - 3 weeks.
Prefer a doctor with e-medical capability. This is faster and easy.

Could someone please take out time in explain how the process flow once fill has been recieved at CIC.

I am working here (in Canada) for a great company and earning nice salary but I wont get arranged employment points bcoz:

1) It is a contract for two years.
2) I don't have LMIA. I have post grad work permit.

I don't know why they are asking LMIA from post grad students.

Let me correct...Ur application should be received on or before 31st December 2014. I would say probably applying much before as last week of december its holiday season

No need to apologize my friend ... But now I have a question ... Since, I am applying without spouse , therefore ... I am not even eligible to attend this question ... right ? Then, why should i even mark NO ? I mean , I don't have a spouse so why should I even tick NO ? I hope you got my idea .. Please clarify ... :/

It is really becoming harder. I calculated my points and it is adding up to 318 without the additional 600 points for job offer or provincial nomination. I think I won't be even eligible for the draw

I hope my file gets through this year. 11th Sept. Applicant with DD as mode of payment
