To add my new born baby at my application , whether I will use the Generic Form which I used during submission ( June 2 submission date ) or I will use the latest form from website ?

Whether using old or new form do I require to validate the Form again ?

Interesting news! This puts an end to the debate concerning the end date for applying with the current criteria. All who want to apply under the current system should hurry up and file their applications this month.

These Instructions repeal, as of January 1, 2015, the Ministerial Instructions issued pursuant to section 87.3 of the IRPA and published in the Canada Gazette on April 26, 2014, for the management of applications in the Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class, and Canadian Experience Class. For greater clarity, the repeal does not affect the processing of applications received prior to January 1, 2015, and considered under previous Ministerial Instructions issued pursuant to section 87.3, including the Instructions published in the Canada Gazette on April 26, 2014.

As I mentioned earlier I received PER at 21/11/2014 but my last name was misspelled. Many of you suggested that I submit a CSE to my VO asking them to correct the misspelled name.

For 3 days in row now, I tried many and many times to send the CSE to VO but unfortunately, It is not being sent and I see the below screen after pressing the "Send" button.

Please advice me on any other possible way to contact the VO to get the name corrected.

For 3 days in row now, I tried many and many times to send the CSE to VO but unfortunately, It is not being sent and I see the below screen after pressing the "Send" button.

Please advice me on any other possible way to contact the VO to get the name corrected.

What is your Visa processing center?
Which mail ID you are trying to send the Case specific enquiary?
Dont keepspaces in between the Email ID.

so 1200 is the total...of which 600 points for arranged employment...haha crazy!!
