Sent 3 separate addendum (with no UCI no) and got a confirmation on 2 of the addendum attached to my initial application.

Patiently waiting for PER mail.

2nd line in my ECAS got updated today .

I'm expecting a medical request in coming 15 days .

I live in Pune , India . I know Ruby Hall Clinic is the authorised one to do this ..

So anyone from Pune can help me with all the details of medical and its charges appointment etc.
everything about medical and process further.
It'll be of great help ..

Also there are two doctors listed on the CIC website for Ruby Hall Clinic Purvez Grant and Neelima Limaye .. which one do you recommend .

Hey everybody,

Just a comment / question.

It was my understanding that validating the contents of a Reference Letter was done after charging, and that at the Completeness Check CIO only checked if the letter was there.

However I know somebody that got his file back without CC charging.

Have we seen more cases like this one?

A miracle happened yesterday. Just after expressing my frustration here about not getting PER mail, I finally received it exactly an hour later after posting my comment in this forum. Thank God for his blessing.

Any Doctor in CIC panel from Fortis Hospital Mohali(Chandigarh).

If anybody has gone through medicals which doctor r u recommending.?

I dont think forties Mohali is on CIC panel anymore. MAX Super speciality Phase 6 is there.

It's the e-mail you used in the Generic Form that counts.

In my case, I applied through a Canadian Lawyer, the PER will go to him, as well as further correspondence.

Those who are worried about delay from LVO especially Nairobi visa office please read the following from CIC website.


Service standard for applications under Federal Skilled Workers Program
Service standard
CIC's goal is to process all applications we get as of June 26, 2010, under the Federal Skilled Worker Program within 12 months. In order to process an application, we must have all information and supporting documents.

This service standard was implemented in September 2011.

Performance target
CIC aims to meet the service standard 80 percent of the time.

Performance results
From April 2012 to March 2013, CIC met the service standard 62 percent of the time. A backlog of applications has played a part in CIC not meeting this service standard.

Federal Skilled Workers production efforts are being concentrated in reducing older inventories in order to meet the Department's backlog reduction commitments and prepare for the transition into a new recruitment model known as "Express Entry" in 2015. Throughout fiscal year 2012-13, the Federal Skilled Worker inventory was reduced by 50% from 152,000 persons to 76,000 persons. The entire Federal Skilled Worker backlog is anticipated to be processed to completion by December 2014. Consequently, processing times in fiscal year 2013-14 will increase as older files are finalized. However as a result of the backlog reduction efforts, applications to be received in 2014 are anticipated to be processed within the 12 month service standard.
