I think Lebanon files are routed to a different VO this year. Was it Bucharest? So see SS => Avg. processing time by VO.

I never succeeded to open the SS sheet. It always freezes.

Very few applicants from this VO. According to SS, it's pretty slow. However, processing targets will get you a visa in 12 months no matter what your VO is and unless there is an emergency.

It has something to do with your PC.

I have applied for 2171, which was received by cic on 20th oct, now 2171 is capped already.. so when can I expect my application to be returned back to me??

I mean what date applictaion received files are getting processed now a days?

Pls help - I have send my file on 20th oct'14 and the same got received on 28th Oct'14.

I am worried - whether it will be counted in Cap or not?
