For RPRF you can choose either Singapore or Canadian dollars. I would suggest you to go for Canadian Dollar and remember to use RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA as the receiver. Good Luck.

For RPRF , is it Bank Draft or DD ? What will be the currency Canadian Dollar or Singapore Dollar ?

RPRF attachment shows below two paragraph , my question is , is it applicable for Bangladesh.

""Singapore dollar payments must be made in the form of a CASHIER'S ORDER or BANKDRAFT, drawn on a bank in Singapore and made payable to the HIGH COMMISSION OF CANADA. Important: Bank drafts have a limited validity. Ensure that your bank draft is not older than two (2) months when it reaches this office.""

""Canadian dollar payments must be made in the form of a BANKDRAFT, drawn on a bank in Canada and made payable to the RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA. Important: Bank drafts have a limited validity. Ensure that your bank draft is not older than two (2) months when it reaches this office.""

Also where to pay "HIGH COMMISSION OF CANADA" or ""RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA"" ?

I am in a similar situation. have heard NOTHING from CIC! No CC/DD Charge, no PER, NADA! I emailed them mid-October, heard nothing! I tried calling CIC, but the system kicked me out saying that they have a large volume of calls. Without UCI, I am not sure if they look up any application anyway? Any suggestions what can be done (other than waiting)? :-(((

They take ~50 days to reply to queries now. If by mid Oct. you mean 15-16 Oct you will receive a reply from them on Friday or early next week.

Actually, you will receive PPR1 and will have to submit photocopies of PP biopages, even if you are from a visa-exempt country or have valid CA visa. And then you will get COPR. As simple as that)

Is PPR1 the one that comes along with the Updated Chart, Updated Schedule A, passport biopage, RPRF payment and medical exam request? I did that 2 months ago. So, that is it, I should simply wait for my COPR!?

Why we are getting Pre-Screening very slowly is because of the following reason

Duty Roster At CIO Nova Scotia

9 to 10am - Warm-up
10 to 10:30am - Taking file for checking
10:30 to 11:30am - Breaktime
11:30 to 12:00pm - Taking file for checking
12 to 1:30pm - Lunch
1:30 to 2:30 - Warm-up
2:30 to 3:30 - Breaktime
3:30 to 4pm - Checking files
4 to 4:30pm - Arrange & clean to leave

Totally effective time is half to 1hr only

Hi...My DD encashed last week according to bank.
Noc-1113
Application reached- 4th September
1st application was rejected due to birth certificate was not available of spouse. Sent self affidavite and parents affidavite along with 12th school leaving certificate. Having own business. So sent experience was shown on firms letter head with self attestation. Thanks every active member for guidance. Hope will get PER also.....

Folks, The Fee Payment Form has been updated ( although they still writing August 2014 in the website, but if you downloaded it you will notice that in the Footer of the page it's 11-2014 ) ..

I've sent my application yesterday using the old form, will this be a problem ? should I return it ? do you advice me to send an update with the new application ?

No cases of rejection due to use of outdated 2014 forms this year.

I compared both the old and new forms.. i didnt seem to find any difference in both of them. Its only the revision number has being changed,while rest of the data still remains the same.. If ur about to send the application,u can include this new revision number. If u had already submitted your application,Then NO need

A miracle happened yesterday. Just after expressing my frustration here about not getting PER mail, I finally received it exactly an hour later after posting my comment in this forum. Thank God for his blessing.

Admins, please kindly update the SS

Application receive date: 11th Aug
Payment Mode: DD
DD encashment date: 16th November (As per PER)
PER received: 30th November.

I had sent an email on 9th October to CIC to know status of application, at that time I had not receive any email from CIC so I was wondering to know the status. Though Later on 21st October I received PER email.

Today, after 51 days, I received below mentioned reply from CIC as a response to my email prior to receiving PER mail from CIC. So, does it mean, case is in progress. Till now I have not seen second line ECAS update, no MR request. So nothing to worry about.

Your file was reviewed by our office and a letter was sent to you via email on October 21, 2014. Your file has since been transferred to the visa office in London. Please direct further inquiries to that office.
