Is there any idea how much visas are pending from 2013 from the ss?

It's classified. Each year NDVO processes ~30.000 PR apps, so these numbers are manageble.

I am silent follower of this forum. First of all i want to Thank the forum for the wonderful support and advices...

Seniors need your advice about two things :

1) My Supervisor who signed the Roles and Responsibility affidavit is leaving the Company by next month, do i need inform the NDVO about the same and shall I send another Roles and Responsibility affidavit from my colleague.

2) Didn't submit the PCC's along with application, got mine & spouse PCC on 10th October 2014, could i submit it to NDVO without they requesting for it because PCC should be with in 3 months while submitting to VISA office.

Your advice on the above is much appreciated...

PER is just an indication of completedness check of PR forms etc. It does not guarantee PR at all. PR's biggest test is based at two places:

1. CIO - where they do evaluation of your application post PER
2. VO - where they re-evaluate and do background checks and finally MRs etc to give a green signal.

Therefore it is a long path still, stay put there.

Actually the so-called PER is the result of completeness check and evaluating the case against MI for FSWP 2014 program and IRPA. There is no processing at CIO after PER.

Guys, I just observed in FSW 2013, the process was like "MR, RPRF, Passport for Visa Stamping & PCC" was to be submitted in in one shot.

But this year I am observing that MR is separate, following RPRF & Passport Request.

Is anybody aware of this? Why such change has happened. Or may be it's just an illusion for me.

Pankhil Singh

Dear Pankhil

If that's the case, the only conclusion that can be drawn is that they want to reserve the right of rejection post medical too. It could be a decision made on feedback of earlier cases where they could have found people with serious burden on canadian health system sailing through because PPR went to them along with MR.

Not sure what else it can be. But yes to second the thoughts MRs are flowing in thick and fast from NDVO while there is no credible information yet on PPRs.

In my ref letter, they have mentioned as below:

"The employment letter from xxx company does not provide sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.

Therefore, I am not not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupations as described of the NOC 0112"

Please guide and send me format (experience letter wordings) if possible.

Regards,
MACK

Hi Mack,

Whatever you do, hurry up. I personally know cases with this letter from the immigration officer has not moved ahead. I would advise you to keep legal advice too in mind during this process, not just the expert opinion.

Wish you good luck.

Dear All applicant under NOC 0112.

My file got return - Reason " They are not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that I performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupations as described of the NOC 0112"

I request you all to share your experience letter with me. If you could send me the wording you all have mentioned in your experience letter would be highly appreciated!

Thanking you in advance and really looking forward towards your help and guidance.

With best regards,
Mack

Sorry to hear that buddy. It is better you share your JDs which you submitted here and seek senior's view on that or find 0112 guysi n SS and PM them for better guidence.

Don't loose hope just prepare new app with detailed JDs in line with the noc
