In my ref letter, they have mentioned as below:

"The employment letter from xxx company does not provide sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.

Therefore, I am not not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupations as described of the NOC 0112"

Please guide and send me format (experience letter wordings) if possible.

Regards,
MACK

Hi all,

Need to get some feedback from you guys. I have applied in Oct 14 (app received by CIC on 10 Oct) in the NOC 1111 category. What and when should I expect something?

It's so unfair. CIC should look into this forum to give an immediate Visa to such helpful members in your situation :D
No +1, karmafied

Thank you very much for the nice words.

Your best bet would be to find 0112 applicants post PER stage in SS and approach them in PM about their JD.

Since CIC has picked up pace, at-least for charging applicants, I would say your FEE should be en-cashed, assuming everything is in place, within the next 90 days or so. Post that, it should be a maximum of 2 weeks for your PER.

Good Luck.

Hi All,

Another day without MR
Come-on NDVO please rain us MR's 8) 8) 8) 8)

Dear Friends,

One more query regarding RPRF fees. I have read in the forum that people are bit apprehensive for paying online. So I am also opting for DD.

So please confirm the DD details -
- CAD 980 DD in favor for "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi.
- CAD 490 (Myself) and CAD 490 (spouse). Do I need to pay any fees for my toddler (17 months??)

Regards,
Nthakur

You can also pay in INR - Rs. 53400
