Dear Friends,

One more query regarding RPRF fees. I have read in the forum that people are bit apprehensive for paying online. So I am also opting for DD.

So please confirm the DD details -
- CAD 980 DD in favor for "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi.
- CAD 490 (Myself) and CAD 490 (spouse). Do I need to pay any fees for my toddler (17 months??)

Guys, I just observed in FSW 2013, the process was like "MR, RPRF, Passport for Visa Stamping & PCC" was to be submitted in in one shot.

But this year I am observing that MR is separate, following RPRF & Passport Request.

Is anybody aware of this? Why such change has happened. Or may be it's just an illusion for me.

Nothing to worry mate. Even I have got my medicals done on 21st and no 3rd line updated in ECAS. I guess we have to be a little more patient and we should definitely hear good news by this weekend.

Seniors, please give your thoughts on this. just want to make sure again....

I am the principal applicant and already received PER last week. The Question is my wife's passport needs to have some corrections. Her Surname field is blank in passport and surname is added along with first name in the first name field of the passport. I have given same in the application forms, now I like to correct the passport. If I corrected the passport and send to the Visa office, will there be any issues ? Please let me know if any body has done this ?

Dont worry buddy!
Apply for a new PP and once you recieve update your local VO with new passport information..
This happens very frequently, But once enquire with your VO on how to inform them

My 2 cents - NDVO has a backlog of FSW2013 to stamp first. Thus, they have only asked the FSW2014 applicants to get the medical/PCC/RPRF done. Once they are through with the backlog we will see a flood of PPR request for FSW2014.

Yes, this is true.
However, RPRF now generally arrives in bulk with MR, PCCR, which is a new pattern.
