Dear All, remember my friend I told you about yesterday. The one whose credit card couldn't be charged because of the wrong cvv. Alhamdulellh his payment was made today

When he realised that his CC information is wrong and that the payment was not going through, he immediately called CIC, but unfortunately with no benefit. He then prepared a cover letter and a new pay,net form and sent it to two different email IDs and two different fax numbers

Second day he received the golden sms. It seems that someone had actually picked up his revised form and say the email/fax and acted immediately upon it

That's great news for me, I'm really happy for him and wish him good luck in the coming phases

Hello everybody,

First time I post here...Bad news for me. My consultant just received ner , below it's stated the reasons provided by CIC
1."No points were assigned for a relative in Canada for the following reasons: Sufficient evidence (such as a birth certificate of PAs father/mother showing same parents as .......) was not on file to satisfy me of your relationship (aunt) with ...... Kindly refer to the visa office document checklist for further details"
2."You have not obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that you will be able to become economically established in Canada"
Unfortunately they have misplaced the birth certificate of my father in law that proved relationship and so they awarded only 65 points instead of 70.
My consultant adviced to send a new file, but not sure that we'll manage to fall into cap. What do you think? Application details below:
App. Received date :21 July
CC:5th Nov
NOC:1111

Sorry to hear abt ur rejection. ...was ur cc charged as u mentioned cc:5th Nov ?

Dear Thanks for sharing this info. Could you please share those fax numbers where your friend sent this info. Also the Email addresses where he sent the emails for everyone's benefit. Thanks and regards,

Just checking my options
If my app didn't pass the completeness check and I'm 11th September applicant when do I expect my file to return

FSW DEMANDS THAT EDU + EXP CO-RELATE

FSW does not demand that Education and experience co-relate. But yes, the HR site mentions this and this is true only when looking out for jobs in Canada.
But for immigration purpose, job experiences and educational qualifications need not match. One year and above work experience in any of the 50 valid NOC's is sufficient to qualify under FSW.
