Favor of Canadian High Commision payable at New Delhi, Amounting Rs. 26700 * number of adults in the application.

Just inform the bank that no block any transaction from Citizenship & Immigration Canada. Also tell them appox amount that will be debited in your account.

it is possible to charge your CC with out PIN if you have shared your CVV number... i paid my application fees to CIC thru my CC.. it was successful... just inform your bank about this transaction and see if the there is enough credit available in your CC

Please clear. In India when I pay using my cc ,it requires authorization PIN for processing transaction. Now, confusion is ,to CIC I have not provided such PIN .Will they be able to charge cc without PIN?

Don't worry they dont need PIN, OTP, CVV to charge the card. Just keep yoir bank bank informed that your are expecting a foreign transaction of xxxx amount, ensure you have sufficient International limit available and your sms service is enabled.
