If we look at the current trend, I can say that you might have received your PER before this, but many applicants have reported receiving PERs late. Hence, your chance is still present, so keep checking your e-mail inbox and spam periodically.

You can safely assume that those wasting their own time for giving -3 to number of people on forum have no meaningful job to do. They will end up wasting their own life doing "negative" things, and it's their own loss.

I know, as a result of my post, they'll add me to the list of those "eligible" for -3, but honestly, "who cares?" I have much more important and better things to focus on in life than those "negative" people and things!

Just received MR from NDVO - 11 June App , 8th oct PER NOC : 2172.

I have a question , in the Form for MR it is mentioned that

Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for you. This must be received at this office by: 2015/01/12

Does that mean i have to submit the PCC from each state in india as well whereever i have loved more than 6 months ??

Just clarifying.. , please let me know if anyone is sure of the info and has worked for him/her ??

It signals green. I am also NOC 4011, 19th Sep applicant. It seems that CIC moving fast and another 10 days for my DD encashment. Finger crossed. All the best for further process.

You will only need one PCC for India. If you have lived in another country for more that 6 months then you will also need a PCC from them.

Can you please advise that whether NDVO issues AOR or not?

And how much time will my file take to reach NDVO after per date?

And when NDVO will start processing and studying my file?

It is an acknowledgement by WES that they received your documents, and they are currently checking them to ensure that you have sent them according to the required specifications relevant to your country of education. Most likely You will receive a message within 48-72 hours that your documents have been accepted with an approximate date for accomplishing the report.

With latest cc charged of 15th Sep, and me being a 11th Sep 2132 applicant, i think its kind of sinking in that my app. is rejected. My app. was complete, nothing was missing.. Really feeling depressed and lost..

What type of affidavit? Didnt translator stamped as translated copy and notarized with his notary public details. I sent 4 apps without affidavit and received per for all and even mr for one application. But please make sure with some seniors.

We have seen many exceptions that has been entertained, but seen the opposite also. We were talking about the requirement of translator affidavit as per document checklist.

Advised to enclose so as to be on safer side to avoid any situation if the reviewing officer is nut head.
