I got file number day before yesterday, i check the status last night and today morning it was only one line in ECAS but now certainly they update two more line i.e we started processing on 25/11/14 and decision has been made and office will contact you concerning the decision. As i got the file number from my consultant on 26/11/14 morning...

as per my knowledge it is negative , but if you can get your per email than there are chance of error at visa office

Currently I am living in New Zealand from last 10 months and applied for Canada Immigration. Recently I got the request from NDVO to send the PCC from New Zealand. They had sent a consent form which needs to be filled and send. I am bit confused about where to send the consent form either to "Liaison Officer, Licensing & Vetting Service Centre
Office of the Commissioner, PO Box 3017, Wellington, New Zealand" or to "Canadian High commission , New Delhi".

It would be great if anyone can help me out and let me know where to send the consent form?

Hi everyone ,

I want to ask , that while filling the form IMM0008 , in the part where you need to fill out the personal details , it must be filled as per the passport. Therefore, in my passport, the GIVEN NAME is blank, No first name/given name is mentioned on my passport , only surname is mentioned.

1) So while filing out the form , Shall I write NA in the box next to the GIVEN NAME or shall I leave it blank or shall put a "-" ?

Same goes for the economic form , question no 7 , where you need to mention or specify the assets, liabilities in Dollars, settlement funds etc ...

2) Now my question is that , I am only showing them settlement funds , as I will ONLY submit the Balance certificate from my bank , which will fulfil the Proof of Funds requirements as per my case, so I will write the amount of dollars in front of the box of Settlement Funds ... But what should I write in the box next to the ASSETS and LIABILITIES ? Shall I write NA or shall I leave it blank ?

3) And I will write the amount of settlement funds, now this amount has to be same as specified on my Bank balance certificate , right ? Or I shall write the amount required by Proof of funds factor ?

Please advice ..

1. Leave given name blank amd write you name in second name only.

2. If you do not have any assets or liabilities you can write NA and write the settelment funds in CAD. If your funds are old it is adivsed to attach 3 months bank statement along .

3. Amount as per the bank certificate, value in CAD

I would defer this point what vind said.. Asset can never be zero
ASSETS is total asset plus settlement fund.. in this case, if he has no asset, its advisable to put settlement fund amoumt in asset.liabilities as zero..
