Serious issue.. Medicals can't be waived unless you submitted it upfront

Moreover,.. you just got the PER mail .. so Next step- NDVO should request for atleast RPR Fees and PPR (Copies/ Original) :-\

Your file can't get transferred to NDVO this soon as you got the PER mail just recently.
Your Consultant seems to fishy... ask him to forward the PER mail to you "as-is" and discuss the ECAS update with him 8)

File number is provided by CIO after which they transfer the file -PER cases to local VO for further processing. So even if you got PER (from CIO).. the local VO can reject based on document verification. background checks etc.

I got file number day before yesterday, i check the status last night and today morning it was only one line in ECAS but now certainly they update two more line i.e we started processing on 25/11/14 and decision has been made and office will contact you concerning the decision. As i got the file number from my consultant on 26/11/14 morning...

My application was received at CIO on 26 November by Mike.
Now I realized I have sent Document checklist list August version. Should I send now the October version of checklist as addendum.
Whats your expert opinion.

Guys I sent my application 2 days back. Today I found that I did a mistake!

I gave the translated and notarized copy of my marriage certificate but didn't give "an affidavit from the person who completed the translation" as mentioned the instruction.

Please note that my spouse is the Primary applicant and I showed my bank balance.

Will it be a big harm now? I am assuming case officer would ask for this kind of missing documents (If we can catch the cap) but application shouldn't be rejected.

What do u say?

MR and RPRF is must for sending PPR. If the status is "decision made" without asking you for MR and RPRF, then is a serious issue....chances are that there are some concerns they have identified in your application/documents submitted.

Did you got only the File number from your Consultant ?? On what date did he received the mail (PER ?) from CIO ?
Ask him Consultant to forward the complete mail "as-is" and discuss the 'decision made' with him

yeah I received per mail with uci no and application no.
but whn I fill all d information ..thn no data is available..right now d status is 'we r not able to identify u'..

Try filling in your complete name as in the application forms and not family name only.... it should work fine...cheers

So your file is @ CIO itself.. it can't get transfer to NDVO immediately... nor will NDVO make a decision soon,
Pls read the mail from CIO.. does it mention "positive determination of Eligibility' ?
