only 2 days between first and last line
Friend... to clarify myself
First line says the date they received the application which in your case is 24 July 2014
Second line says we started processing on 25 Nov 2014
Third Line says decision made......(which is within 2 days after 25 Nov correct?)
I am strongly suspecting clerical mistake by CIC/VO.

Procedurally, VO is enabled to decide on the final determination of eligibility. But to overturn a PER evaluated by CIC officers should require some internal procedure, escalation, procedures between CIC/VO etc., While all these are possible, finishing this in 2 days time seems difficult considering their usual timelines.

My suggestion would be to call them immediately and try to know the status. If you get a negative reply (which I pray you should not), and if you are confident, consult a lawyer or prepare for appeal immediately if available.
Gd Luck

In your PER mail there is an UCI No...and then just below that...there's an Application No.:E000.....I assume dats wat he is referring to...

No No. What I mean is "Does file numbers starting E000" indicate anything. He seems to suggest that his status is Decision made and he is July 25th Applicant. Not sure where it is going wrong, but this is not in line with what the other forum mates are reporting. None of July applicant are reported to have reported status change yet.

Jug,
please explain:
On 26/11/14, did u get PER mail? or just a normal mail with application number starting with E000.

There could be a possibility that u have done upfront medicals, paid RPRF fees and submitted PCC along with the application. If that is the case, then you might receive the PPR soon.
Please confirm.

yes i think it 100% true because all require doc is with them if your file got positive decesion by visa office

in Family class (for spouse) most of applicant do upfront medical and they process their file within 6 months

but i dont know about FSW 2014 upfront medical allow or not

this my view on this topic.....sugesstion welcome....

Sorry to say but this a pattern for refusal..i really hope not but Ive been through this...Wish you all the best brother
And prepare yourself to contest whatever UnFAIr decision you think they will amke..but lets hope its a Good news instead

@ Jugs

Serious issue.. Medicals can't be waived unless you submitted it upfront :(

Moreover,.. you just got the PER mail .. so Next step- NDVO should request for atleast RPR Fees and PPR (Copies/ Original) :-\

Your file can't get transferred to NDVO this soon as you got the PER mail just recently.
Your Consultant seems to fishy... ask him to forward the PER mail to you "as-is" and discuss the ECAS update with him 8)

No i just send my PCC not medical but may be because I just come back from UK may be they waived my medical

File number is provided by CIO after which they transfer the file -PER cases to local VO for further processing. So even if you got PER (from CIO).. the local VO can reject based on document verification. background checks etc.

Decision made and office will contact you.

Someone had posted in the forum that no one this year has got his application returned after being charged but I just noticed 14 people got their application rejected after they were charged.. >:(
Thought they check the application completely before charging.. ???

App filed - 06 June
PER - 01 Oct
2nd line update - 20 Nov

No MR yet :(

I think i am one of those who are stuck after 2nd line update.
Feel so distressed :'(

Hope that God will be kind

Don't worry friend, no news is a good news. Sometimes if the application is complex or if the officer have to seek advise or take approval from the senior or more verification is required then the application takes time.

Stay positive and have faith in God, you'll have MR soon.

Good luck

This means refusal...if no medicals and pcc were asked or submitted before decision is made...ahhhh I hate this...but stay strong and be prudent...Good things happens to good people

MR and RPRF is must for sending PPR. If the status is "decision made" without asking you for MR and RPRF, then is a serious issue....chances are that there are some concerns they have identified in your application/documents submitted.
