Yes thease two are the sure reasons for rejection.

You have not mentioned your application date if it is late oct or November then you may have a chance to send addendum.

Act quickly and send your matriculation certificate bearing your dob and name of atlest one parents with affidavit or an affudavut from your parent/parents statung your birth details your name and the reason for not having your name on BC.

In case of self declared JDs you'll not be given point but will not be rejected if you have submitted proper documents as per the checklist for rest of 9 years of employment.

Many thanks for the info.. I will check with my consultant.My application was received at the sydney office on 24th December.
Also for the remaining years of experience I have submitted proper reference letter,experience letter.
Even for the experience for which I have attached self letter , I have provided the Appointment letter,pay slips and salry revision letter as well.

[size=20pt] GUYS IM BACK!! After weeks of depression because of my refusal letter 20 days ago, I am finally back. I just want to share this experience to everybody who got a refusal letter or NER (instead of PER) and think that the refusal is unfair. I tried calming myself first, weighed all the points that CIC did not consider, and tried to put everything in an EMAIL or Fax it to CIO..Just be brief and concise..and SEND IT..wait patiently and still if there is no response after a week..Consult a Barrister Lawyer, the one who handles Judicial Review Case against Unfair CIC decisions...Present your case for Judicial Review because you have 15-60 day after you receive the refusal to contest the decision of any Visa Officer... The downside is the lawyers fee is 250$/hr...so I presented my case to this lawyer and even him was infuriated because I got 75 point total instead of 65 as per CIO refusal letter..So he prepared a letter stating all the facts and points and have me signed and attached all the supporting documents and sent it to the address found in my refusal letter... One clause I remember is "I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK A JUDICIAL REVIEW IF NO ANSWER WILL BE RECEIVED FROM CIO".. The thing is He did not even charge me for that day and were chatting 2 hours about the case. He didn't charge me because he felt my depression as well and he is convinced that CIO messed up things for me..So just the other day...I received an email with a POSITIVE ELEGIBILTY REVIEW..now I am waiting for my medical...JUne 18 Applicant here...CC charged October 7.... When will the wait for PPR be over. I am not hoping to get PPR soon but if People you have done their medicals in September start receiving it then it gives some hope that NDVO is working on this.

Just a comment on this: Self appointed JD won't cause a rejection; it will just cause that experience to be disregarded - so 9 months less in your case.

IMPORTANT NEWS WHICH QUIETLY CIC DISPLAYED ON THEIR WEBSITE RECENTLY​

So, finally CIC have confirmed on 24th of Nov, 2014 that current FSWP 2014 will end on 31st of December, 2014 and only those applications will be considered for FSWP 2104 which are received before 31st of December, 2014. Please see the following sentence that they have included recently on “Apply-Federal Skilled Workers” front page on their website:-

“All eligible applications received before January 1st will be considered for processing based on current guidelines. Fees will be charged for each one.”

So, finally they have removed all the confusions. FSWP 2014 will not run till 30th of April, 2015 as it was being speculated. Now it will end on 31st Dec, 2014. So, all the applicants who have not applied should rush and send their applications as soon as possible.

Especially the end of the year holidays are starting on 19th Dec, 2014 till [size=20pt]2nd of Jan, 2015. So, we can say that practically the FSWP 2014 will end on 19th Dec, 2014 for receiving of applications.

P.S.: It is not saying that FSW will stop accepting application after introducing EE, but that above sentence means that FSW application received before January 1st, 2015 will be processed under current guidelines, and application received after that will be processed under new guidelines of EE untill April 30, 2015. New guidelines will be made public on January 1st, 2015 as per Tweet made by Immigration Minister Chris Alexander.

But why I floated this confusion because If I resign on 1st Dec, I would have to stick to my company till 1st of Mar 2015 as per the company policy.

It's not like if I resign today and within a week or a month I wll get relieved.

Mar 15 is I think OK timeline to follow with the hope that I wll get PPR in next 4 months.!

Hopefully u did medicals in OCT 2014....it means your PR landing will be valid til oct 2015...You have enough time to resign...Why hurry...Relax talk to your family and then decide..Mean while work and save money more,,,that would be needed in CANADA,,,,rest is upto u..

Hello everyone,
I sent my application in 19 June and the visa office Paris requested me yesterday by e-mail to pay the permanent residence fees but also to send a CV for me and my husband. I don't understand if that means my application is already accepted or no and I wonder really why they ask the 2 CV?
PS: they didn't requested me a medical exam nor the police certificate!!
Please can you help me, I am very confused

You might have sent all PCC required with your application submittal. The Medical Exam, possible that you have already have one within a year for same or different type of Visa.So no worried, Pay the Fees and send two CV with the fee Receipt and soon they will ask of your Passport Request.
