I am sure, 100%. Didnt send any email to this address. To be frank, This is the first time I saw this email address. If any of the experts here know a bit more about this email, why it came and also what sort of generic replies we get, it would be helpful.

Optimist, did you send them a CSE through their website page? because this is probably a reply to that.
And dont worry buddy, even i think you will be in the cap..because they have done cap updates in a quick manner, assuming to have covered a larger amount of people...like it happened previously for 2173

I have seen the rejected reasons in the 2014 spread sheets that " BC has no name" " self letter for work experience" .
Are these the reasons for which the application is rejected for sure???
Because I just sent the application and my application also has the same two situation .
But for work experience I have given self letter for only one organization out of three organizations I have worked for , which consists of just 9 months of work out of my total 9 years of experience.

Now my heart beat is rising..... :'( :-X :-[

I had sent an email on 16th oct but still no reply so, may be they just dont inform abt cap fill via email.
another +ve for you as, you got a reply even on ur 24th oct mail so, looks like u are definitely in race...

what was the reply u got for ur sept mail actually..

That email on 24th sept got a reply almost after 50 days. It gave me UCI no and said it is waiting for initial processing.

My friend is confused to send Case specific enquiry...

Doe he need to attach cover letter with documents in soft copy or should he attach the signed scan copy along with other documents such as new passport copies

That's a brilliant thought. Could be the case. I can't find a record of an email sent from my ID which warrants this email. Thank you very much for that and +1. It looks very generic email, but happy that they didnt say my app was returned or something.

[size=20pt] GUYS IM BACK!! After weeks of depression because of my refusal letter 20 days ago, I am finally back. I just want to share this experience to everybody who got a refusal letter or NER (instead of PER) and think that the refusal is unfair. I tried calming myself first, weighed all the points that CIC did not consider, and tried to put everything in an EMAIL or Fax it to CIO..Just be brief and concise..and SEND IT..wait patiently and still if there is no response after a week..Consult a Barrister Lawyer, the one who handles Judicial Review Case against Unfair CIC decisions...Present your case for Judicial Review because you have 15-60 day after you receive the refusal to contest the decision of any Visa Officer... The downside is the lawyers fee is 250$/hr...so I presented my case to this lawyer and even him was infuriated because I got 75 point total instead of 65 as per CIO refusal letter..So he prepared a letter stating all the facts and points and have me signed and attached all the supporting documents and sent it to the address found in my refusal letter... One clause I remember is "I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK A JUDICIAL REVIEW IF NO ANSWER WILL BE RECEIVED FROM CIO".. The thing is He did not even charge me for that day and were chatting 2 hours about the case. He didn't charge me because he felt my depression as well and he is convinced that CIO messed up things for me..So just the other day...I received an email with a POSITIVE ELEGIBILTY REVIEW..now I am waiting for my medical...JUne 18 Applicant here...CC charged October 7.... Hope this helps..

Ideally the PCC should be no less than 3 months old- so we assuming that it should be ok is not true. You should try and get a fresh PCC is you have the time- or if you have run out of time submit this one and in the cover letter mention that a fresh PCC can be sent on request.


Regarding RPRF- I paid it online and I guess its ok....But if you are paying via DD please make a INR DD - can someone please give details- I guess its 26,800 pP please corrct if I am wrong

I am not clear about the online method of payment.
If I understand it correctly, we need to process the payment online and then send the receipt along with other documents to NDVO.
Do we also need to email the payment details to CIO and NDVO, I remember reading something like that on this forum and not sure if tht is required or not, can you please provide some clarity?
