I went to DTDC to deliver my DD to Delhi Immig Office..they sd we dont tk responsibility..Its PO BOX number We will just drop it thr :-X

Then I went and speed post the packet..they have given me a tracking number atleast..
Have I done the write thing?? :'( :-\

No of days for applicants who are done with Medical but waiting for PPR from application date is 161-210

No of days for applicants whose processing was started but waiting for Medical is 164-210

No of days for applicants who are waiting for Processing start is 144-209

My brother june 20 applicant got MR about 10 days ago. I m june 3 applicant and still waiting................. but my details through uci says " we received ur application on 3 september " i dnt know if it is causing delay .

Hi forum mates

Wat is the validity of PCC in India. I have got my PCC from Commissioner's office after verification by my area police station on 6th may 2014. I am waiting for MR so will my PCC be valid now or NDVO will ask to submit fresh PCC??

Hi generally CIC wants the validity of PCC to be 3 months. So although the validity might be 1 year PCC says 3 months from date of issue it has to be submitted to CIC.

Who needs a police certificate?

In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate. You must get one from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18.

The certificate must be issued no more than three months before you apply.

If your certificate is in a language other than English or French, send it when you apply, along with the original copy of a translation done by a certified translator.

Finally I received an update from my bank that my DD was encashed on the 20th November
My details are:
NOC : 2171
App received date : 30-aug-14
DD encashed on 20-Nov-14

Now the wait for the PER begins....... Fingers crossed!!!!!!

Apply for a duplicate one from IDP or British Council. U will get one in 10 days time.

What's going on with MR from NDVO ? My Application hasn't even started processing yet ...Application sent on 12 th June and got PER nearly 50 days back....Any idea what's wrong with my app ?

PR-->MR Approx wait time 60 days
