Did anybody get charged on CC/DD for application sent in the month of NOV'14.

We need to wait till mid jan for cc to be charged provided we r in the cap. We all r on the same shaky boat

They are charging September applications now bro.....you'll have to wait till late jan or early feb to get ur application charged.....be patient....

Actually we are suspicious about it because he is convincing that you should go to the doctor that we will recommend you.So how can we be sure that the doctor will scan and verify me.....I hope that you will be getting me what iam trying to say and the matter of concern...!!!

DONT BE PANIC AND FIRST STOP WORRYING ABOUT ECAS...IT WILL SURELY UPDATED LATER ON AS IN MY CASE IT TOOK 4 DAYS AFTER I RECEIVE MR.

NOW, YOUR AGENT CANT FORCE YOU TO GO TO JUST ANY DOCTOR, BECAUSE THE DOCTOR SHUD BE ENLISTED IN CIC PHYSICIAN PANEL LIST. AS PER YOUR CITY OR NEARBY CITY CHECK OUT THE DOCTORS WHICH CAN DO YOUR MED EXAM,,,SIMPLE. THEN FIX YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH THAT DOCTOR. WHEN YOU WILL GIVE UR MEDICAL FORMS WHICH U RECEIVED IN MR MAIL. THEY WILL STOP YOU IF THEY WILL BE FAKE....AND BELIEVE ME NOTHING ADVERSE EFFECT WILL COME ON YOUR FILE,,,COZ DOCTOR WILL SIMPLY ASK YOU TO WALK OFF AS YOUR IME NUMBER WILL NOT MATCH THERE....(THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE THINKING)....USUALLY AGENTS CANT LIE ABOUT MEDICALS BECAUSE OF IME NUMBER ON YOUR MED FORM...SO STAY CONFIDENT...FIX APPOINTMENT...STAY FIT AND GO FOR MEDICAL...BEST OF LUCK...AND HEY STRESS IS BAD FOR MEDICAL...CHILL

I was thinking the same option that i fill the form walk-in and get it done on the same day since passport is not even one year old.

But my wife got the passport when she was not married, now while filling the form it asks for marital status if we say married then do they ask us to update the spouse name and address or it is our choice.

if they ask us to update then it becomes a big activity update each others passport so re-issue passport and then get PCC for both the places

If they ask us where u r currently located ? or do they even ask for that .. technically we have not stayed in blr for more than 6 months so we dont need PCC for that but for the other city in the another state cause she has stayed for quiet a few years.

Anybody who did the same or faced the same?

Even my spouse had got her passport before marriage,but she got pcc from the old psk with her marital status in pcc form as married.Just bring along your marriage registration certificate as a proof.It is not mandatory to endorse your spouse info on the passport to get pcc.This is how we got.If someone at psk creates trouble,tell them PCC is for individuals and not for family.Even there is no mention of marital status in PCC document.Hope that helps.

Very sorry to say but ur friend's application is as good as rejected. Firstly, there is no way in which cic can be intimated at such short notice. Maybe sending a fax might be the last ray of hope. But i have never heard of that working. Secondly, asking the bank to relax on the cvv security for one trabsaction is impossible. Banks cannot do this.

Ur friend has about a week before cic will attempt another 2 or 3 times and then it will be on its way back. 1 week is neither enough for additional documents to be couriered nor for cic to add it to the apllication which now in the section for payment.

RE-POSTING AS MY PREVIOUS POST GOT LOST IN PREVIOUS PAGES

One of my friends just came to know from his bank that his CC transaction failed because the ccv number is wrong. Is there ANY WAY he can rectify this.

Can the bank accept/approve the payment based on his instructions, even if ccv is wrong?

Is there a way he can contact CIO immediately and give them the right ccv?

Can he call the CC company and ask them to approve the transaction?

YOUR HELP IS REALLY APPRECIATED. I am having goosebumps since I heard the news and feeling as if this is my app.

guys a little help if possible

Passport office india says to avail PCC both primary and dependent applicants passport must have spouse's name..... is it mandatory or is there another way around it as have already applied and both our passports were issued before our marriage..... am not sure if applying fresh passport will be a good idea for both of us.... anyone in similar situation. also we are blessed with a baby which i guess will have to update to CIO once i get file no.

My spouse had the same situation and got pcc without getting my name endorsed.There is no need to apply for a new passport.

I am not sure if I need to Send PCC again....Old one was valid for 1 yr and i am june 11 applicnt..
In email received for MR they have asked for Copies of PP and in another email they have asked for MR Proof and RPRF .....But in previous email they have sent a link stating how to get PCC from countries. DOes this mean I have to re-send the PCC ?? :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\
