Hi vingupta.ca,

Sorry to hear about your app. your and august applicant. May i ask how you know they send your app back? Is it you send an email inquiry to them and got the response from CIC? Did your app was unsuccessful during C-check? What's the reason for your app return?

Thanks in advance

Hello dmac11,

CIC does not inform you via any email when return any app. It sends ur app back if it is incomplete at the time of completeness check without charging you. I have seen in previous replies that few people got the reply of returned application in response to their email to CIC. I had missed BC.

1. 40 to 60 days from your PER date.
2. It is sent to the same email you got your PER to.

[In ECAS it is updated as "IN PROCESS". Inside it is written as "We received your

application on 23rd July". May I know what will be the next step and how much

time it will be taken.

How much time from here DD encashment will be taken.

Thanks)

Hi DMAC11,

I asked my friend in Canada to be my representative, and the application was returned to her address with the said reason...

It is really disheartening. I still not quite get it what was wrong.

I have checked very clearly about the requirement for NOC JD before asking for the Letter of Reference.

Should you have any ideas, I would be greatly in debt.

Thanks a heap and good day.

Other answers: My app was received on 30th of June (according to DHL tracking), but my friend just informed me very recently. CC/DD has not been charged yet.

Hi vtt,

thanks for your reply. It meant that your application didn't well pass through the Completeness check. I have read some members here, that during that check, they are also matching your JD's.

I am not an expert to give my advise. But i would just like to point you to this link
