I received my PER on 21st October 2014. NOC -2173

1)When can I expect MR?
2) MR is sent via e-mail, normal post or courier? if normal post, Should I go and speak with the
postman to make sure he delivers it to the correct address?

2. It is sent to the same email you got your PER to.

I am a 5th August applicant...cc charged on 14th November but haven't got Per mail yet.....I m worried n tensed as a dd applicant with same date has already received per....I m worried. :-[...god help me as you always do... ???

I received an extra original IELTS report with help of my sister, however, the report was contaminated because someone else put a stamp on it.

Will this be a problem? will CIC reject my application due to this issue?

Seniors,

Just realized that Generic Form got change in November 2014.

I sent my application on Nov-22-14 using form which was last updated in june-2014.

Also, comparing both the forms it doesn't seem if there is any difference in questions?

Will that be a problem for my file?

Hi vtt.. sorry to hear about your app being returned? How did you come to know it was returned. Has CIC responded to your email inquiry to such? When was your received at CIC-CIO? Have they charged your CC/DD? Just would like to have the idea regarding this returned app with NOC JD mismatch.

I asked my friend in Canada to be my representative, and the application was returned to her address with the said reason...

It is really disheartening. I still not quite get it what was wrong.

I have checked very clearly about the requirement for NOC JD before asking for the Letter of Reference.

Should you have any ideas, I would be greatly in debt.

Other answers: My app was received on 30th of June (according to DHL tracking), but my friend just informed me very recently. CC/DD has not been charged yet.

General Idea...

It will take 60-90 days to get Medical request from the date of PER. best of luck

Hi,

People who have received the 3rd line on your ECAS- is status still "IN PROCESS'' or ''decision made''

I have ''In process'' but under the definition - Medical results are received is classified as ''decision made''.

If your medicals received line not came in Ecas and Decision made line is showing as third line...then this is point of worry for you.God helps you

You may expect MR soon as per basic timeline it is 10-15 days but they are many people on our boat waiting from long let us wait when NDVO showers.

Hello Ashif and other seniors
The MR came along with request for PCC as well as an information to re-fill the IMM 5669 form filling up the gap of few months (2004/12 to 2005/04 )as well which was left earlier in the section 8 of that IMM5669 form.
While reviewing the same form, i observed that i have specified my duration of stay in india as 2006/06 to 2008/05 instead of 2006/07 to 2008/05 as per my character certificate issued by college (difference of a month). Shall i correct and resend the IMM5669 form with the date as 2006/07 to 2008/05 as the PCC most probably will have be from 2006/07 to 2008/05 as per the certificates. )
Do i need to provide an affidavit explaining the situation or simply correcting the form with dates as 2006/07 to 2008/05 will do?
Do they keep record in software (computerized) of my previous form which have reached earlier with my application ?
Will they regard it as misleading information ?

You should make all neccessary correction along with ones they have asked for. You can mention about changes you made in the cover letter.
