My Application Date 13.08.2014, for 2173.. What are chances.. I saw that latest CC charged for 2173 was 12th AUG. Although, CAP has reached but as I observed for 2174 also, there were some applications charged later, after the CAP for 2174 has reached...

Can we hope same for 2173? Experts opinion please..?

returned app received date - 25th nov

Reason - duties dont match & credit card page not signed.

Will review the details and send it back by weekend since 0112 NoC has got chance.

Is it possible for you to share the contents of your reference letter (description of duties)..?

This will give an insight to many that what is the difference in duties CIC could find in your reference letter vis-a-vis NOC requirements..

Hi RK,

You should wait for MR request. You will receive MR request in 7-10 days after they start processing your application. When they send you MR they will also request copies of your latest passports - submit it that time.
