I haven't initiated my India PCC yet, as I'm in Canada on WP and have applied for an extension.
Has anyone initiated PCC in Brampton, ON for India? What was the processing time?
When do they ask for PCCs?? And how long would they give to suplly the same?

I want to say something on this brother. First of all now-a-days things are unpredictable how they count cap. Experts here say its on completeness check. But my analysis says its including charging no matter when the CAP is updated on website. But its for sure that cap is counted before PER. And one more thing to keep in mind, experts here don't work in CIC. Any of us here can just predict from historical data. Only they know how they work, i doubt they really follow FCFS. Really confusing.

There is no reason for FCFS for hot NOC like 2173 or 2171. That data is based on completeness check as the other members said. They just charged them in advance so they can focus on all other apps and get a time window between PER and charging.

One of my friend send his application on 4th october with Generic form which was published on JULY'14. So, please let me know anyone, is there was any updated form took place between July to October.

He also used Check list which was also updated on JULY but as we know from cic website in October another Check list took place. Is it before 4th October or not?

IF he used old check list/ generic form, is their any possibility to return the file ?

Latest Charge date is 2nd Sept. They can't bypass you and charge 2nd Sept. Hence you are 1000% IN. Keep calling your bank starting next monday, bug them everyday. Please come back and tell us when you get PER. +1 in advance.
